Chris Gatton a plumber with W L Staton's heating, cooling and plumbing, come by explain what was needed to be done and why. He showed me where my problem was and what was needed to fix it. I felted he kept everything up front, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. He was very skill in his job and showed the upmost respect in everything that was done. Joe was friendly, efficient and was knowledgeable. He did a great job of showing and explaining the work that needed to be done. Our secondary (kitchen) line needed to be jetted from years of clog and build up. In the end, he also provided clear recommendations for maintenance.
