Tankless water heaters heat water only when you turn on the faucet. They usually operate on natural gas, propane or electricity. The main advantage is that they eliminate the extra cost of keeping 40-50 gallons of water hot in a storage tank, so you waste less energy. Electric tankless water heaters are designed according to the amount of hot water required at peak use times. The water heater has a series of heating elements that are activated based on the demand. As water demand increases more elements are activated. This is different from an electric tank water heater where the elements are never on at the same time. Gas tankless water heaters operate by heating the water as it passes through the natural gas or propane heat exchanger. A very knowledgeable technician. Polite and courteous and willing to explain everything so I knew what was going to be done. Did an excellent job and left the area clean and tidy. All in all a very good experience and I will recommend W. L. Staton to anyone. Like that the company sends you a picture of the technician coming to do the work. Thought the price for the work was responsible and well explained.
Justin returned to install a new water softener which was an all day job. Again, everything done correctly and with care and explanation. Staton is fortunate to have him as one of their technicians. Justin takes his job very seriously and does excellent work. The company is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
