Tankless water heaters heat water only when you turn on the faucet. They usually operate on natural gas, propane or electricity. The main advantage is that they eliminate the extra cost of keeping 40-50 gallons of water hot in a storage tank, so you waste less energy. Electric tankless water heaters are designed according to the amount of hot water required at peak use times. The water heater has a series of heating elements that are activated based on the demand. As water demand increases more elements are activated. This is different from an electric tank water heater where the elements are never on at the same time. Robert and Logan were great! They installed a new state-of-the-art hot water heater and a utility tub. I’m waiting for the house to warm up. The unit is running & Rodney explained everything very nicely. He showed me the new Heating unit and the outside Heat pump and explained how everything was connected. The team worked very hard to make sure everything looked nice and fit in with our already existing system. Having an older home usually makes renovations difficult but Rodney handled everything like The professional he is. The job was started and finished in one day and everything has been cleaned up. I am very satisfied with the work that was done And I’m looking forward to many years of warmth in the winter and cool in the summer
