Contacted W.L Station Plumbing due to a leak the Receptionist/Dispatcher was Amanda, she was very pleasant to talk to while expressing issues! Great interpersonal skills. Joe T was the 2nd tech to come out for the issue, we requested a second opinion from the first leak assessment. Joe was timely, friendly, and the mechanical repair was performed on our shower mixer as requested. I am holding back the fifth star due to the finishing. The old caulk was not completely removed from the faucet trim, the new caulk was not applied thoroughly, and plumbers putty waste was left in the tub and on the fixture. Otherwise, good experience.
