This was an awesome experience from start to finish. I needed a new HVAC system and called Staton on a Sunday. They sent out a technician that morning and we determined I needed a new system. I wasn’t charged any extra for the weekend callout. The sales rep came that afternoon and after going over all the options and pricing, I decided to go with. Bosch Hybrid system. They installed the system today (Wednesday). I can’t say enough about the installation team. Rodney Porter was incredibly professional and kept me updated on the progress. When they installation was done he stepped me through the entire system to include operation of the new thermostat. This was by far the best experience I’ve had from any company in a very long time. You will not go wrong using their service

4 minutes ago Stanton came out during a bad winter storm on a Saturday night. He fixed a leaking spicket while temperatures were in the 20's. Great price and amazing service. If you need a great plumber, look no further. Mike is a life saver.

We called the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they were here at 1:30. Steven did a thorough job looking at our system. We were most impressed with his review of what he did (which included pictures). He was super clear and flagged future needs without pushing immediate service. Professional and nice. This was our first time calling Staton and we have now joined as a member! Very impressed!

Stiven L. is a very thorough and professional young gentleman. He is also very patient. He walked us through the repair that he performed and the additional maintenance items he completed. He also took the time to bring to our attention and explain other anticipated issues that will need to be addressed to maintain our HVAC system; Our previous company was not as detail-oriented. Based on our interaction from just one visit from Stiven, we decided to change our maintenance plan to Staton.

I discovered a leak in my pipes behind the wall. I called Staton and they came out right away. Wes came to the house and was able to locate the leak (we did lose some drywall as expected) and fixed it in a day. Wes’ experience showed-he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and has a great sense of humor. Next time we use Staton we will be requesting him.

The team was absolutely amazing ! Rodney, William, and Derick provided me with all of the support I needed and went above and beyond to give me service. They installed an entire new unit and walked me through things step by step ! This teams service is unparalleled !

Jason was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. He gave me all the details and estimates I needed to make an informed decision about the work I wanted to have done. He was also very kind and patient with my son who spent a good chunk of time asking him questions and telling him his life story. The communication prior to Jason’s arrival was also excellent and all the customer service reps I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I got estimates for multiple plumbing jobs, but only had Jason disconnect my oven and cap the gas line on this occasion. That job cost $488 and I will say that when I checked the prices later for how much that job typically costs, this amount was high, which is why I took off a star. Overall, I’d give service 5 stars, cost 3-4 stars.

Jason did a really good job when he came to fix the issue with the water in the shower. He instantly knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He also showed me exactly what he did which I really appreciated.

Sam Northup was the technician that I worked with who solved a problem with my showerhead and water pressure. He was knowledgeable, professional, and listened well to my concerns. He took his time to make things right. I also had concerns about other plumbing issues in my house that were addressed in the same positive way. I highly recommend Staton and I sure hope I will see Sam for my plumbing needs in the future. I would also like to commend the staff and the ease of scheduling I was able to get in the same day.

We had a hot water leak and Station fix our leak the very next morning. Robert and Alan were very friendly and knowledgeable. Robert explained all the work to be done and did an excellent job. Both were very courteous and always wore their shoe protectors when they came in the house. Great work!

11/18/2025: Called Staton for a heat pump check-up and found out we had a faulty starter which could cause major problems down the road. Andrew my Staton technician clearly explained everything to me , but put no pressure on me to get it fixed immediately. I decided to get the job done at a great price. Andrew was awesome. He took care of my problem. He was a very professional, caring individual. I am very pleased with the results. I will not hesitate to call Staton again should I have another problem with my heat pump. What a wonderful company. I went down into the basement this morning (7/21/21 - Wednesday) and I found another leak in my overhead copper piping. I tried to fix it myself, but I made it much worse. I even had to turn the water off because of water escaping from the copper pipe. I called Stanton and was greeted by a very nice caring lady, and W. L. Staton was able to come out in the morning to fix my leak. Joe and Paul were very nice polite professionals I immediately took a liking to them . They ended up replacing all the copper hot water pipes in the basement ceiling for a very reasonable price. They quoted me the price before they began the work! (I had many other small leaks in these pipes.) They did a great job. NO MORE LEAKS!! I will recommend them to others, and they will be my go to plumbers from now on. Thank you W. L. Stanton!!

W. L. Staton was quick to respond to a domestic hot water outage on the same morning that I called for help. Vince Harris did a great job of performing routine maintenance on two Navien tankless hot water heaters, then making a hour-long trip to pick up a replacement part for one that failed on one of the units. His work was excellent, he was very courteous, and he went out of his way to pick up the part I needed to get my whole system up and running again. I will be calling W. L. Staton again for future maintenance and repairs on these units.

He was very polite and courteous and respected our property. He did a great job in repairing the leaky pipe. Cleaned up the area and then explain to me what he did had me test it.

Another excellent experience! Andrew came to do an HVAC inspection at my dad's house as part of the Comfort Care program. Calli and Brandon from the office were awesome in confirming the appointment and letting us know when Andrew was nearby. Tim was timely, professional and thorough in completing an HVAC Fall inspection service. Also had Jeff from Staton who repaired leaky valves leading to the water heater, fixed a shower head fixture, installed a filter under my kitchen sink and replaced my water heater. He lets you know your options & answers all your questions to make the decision best for you. He usually cleans up pretty well. I am to picky my kids say😊. He understands I can't due to health so I can't complain. Beside the plumbing replacing pipes, I got a water filter device. I recently got a device to lower my pressure & leak detector. He put on. This started with pinhole leaks. He's been here so many times he's like a son. He did leave a bit of a mess this last time but I'm guessing a bag broke as he left as white particles of ? were inside & outside & with rain & wind on the back door. I got it mostly cleaned up.He is human I know I make him sound saintly but it's nice to have someone I'm comfortable with & trust. I've had a lot of bad work so Joe is refreshing. I don't need to check everything . He also did a lot extra for me. He moved a lot of my stuff he didn't have to do but did because he knows I'm having a lot of difficulty walking. I didn't check before he left or we would have seen the mess & cleaned it up. I have no doubt. I would recommend Joe 100% for all your plumbing nerds . He's great.

Robert and his apprentice was outstanding. They are highly skilled and they finished the project (pipe repair) in a timely manner. They were polite, they kept me informed and cleaned up.

The technician did a good job explaining the initial assessment and the process of replacing our water heater. He was prompt and got the job done ahead of the estimated time and answered all of my questions after the installation.

Grace was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Fixed both issues we had and went above and beyond to help with a third issue. She explained everything she fixed in layman’s terms and gave suggestions for the future. HIGHLY recommend.

Robert Moyer just came out to check on a leak at my in laws home. He checked over all of the potential sources for the leak and discovered a small issue with the existing clothes washer. He was very polite and kind to my elderly mother in law, explaining what he found. He even checked the toilet previously installed by Staton. Exceptional customer service!

Steve came out for our second HVAC maintenance check of the year. He did a thorough and great checking out our entire system. This wasn’t one of those 15 minute “everything is fine “ checks. Steve took his time and kept me informed of his progress and everything he checked on the unit. We have a maintenance plan with have been happy with the service and quality of their techs.The customer service is excellent from the initial call and scheduling all the way through completion.

This was my first experience with Staton and with Grace and it was great! Grace is wonderful, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the problem and what needed to be done. The process was complicated and drawn out because the water company had to be involved, but Grace was there throughout the process, keeping me updated and getting the job done. I’m very happy with the work she did and hope to see her again when I have my hot water heater replaced.

Our water heater started leaking out of nowhere possibly earlier in the day, but my husband found it around 8pm. I called multiple plumbing companies and as it was after hours, I had to wait until the next day. We had a fast leak that I babysat all night as to not flood our laundry room and cause damage. Staton called first thing in the morning around 6:30am. Tracy was amazing, provided me with details and gave me a time window. Vince was at my door by 9am. He quickly inspected the unit and determined the cause of failure and advised that we needed a new water heater. He presented several options in lieu of replacement as well. I was informed of cost, coupons, and payment options. Vince was patient while my husband and I deliberated. We elected to go with full replacement along with the service package to extend the warranty. Vince was respectful of my home and was thorough in the installation and subsequent validation of the new water heater. I appreciate this company's follow through and professionalism.

I had one team working on a sewer line repair while another tied in a rough-in for a sink, removed my old water heater to prepare for replacement, and then also helped me with a separate, sudden issue with my kitchen sink.
