I cannot be more thankful. Chip, Carl and George battled bitter cold, snow, ice and a very stubborn condenser that was frozen solid to the pad to install a new HVAC system in our house to ensure we had heat with the incoming deep freeze. All options to remove the condenser were utilized. The team were respectful and accommodating throughout the ordeal and kept a good sense of humor even during moving the new unit into place through the uncertain footing. Carl walked me through the unit’s operation and made sure I was pleased with everything before leaving for his next call.

Had a main drain backup the day before the snowstorm. Got an immediate response. Communication was excellent. Matt Kramer is an outstanding diagnostician, knowledgeable, professional and thorough and did an incredible job identifying the issue and fixing the problem.

I called Slaton and they sent Steven (Shell) out to me same day, before the expected snowstorm. He diagnosed the issue, installed a NEW water heater, and got us back up and running within hours. My experience with Mr. Dalton, was exceptional he arrived at my home and started working immediately on the problem. Was hearing a noise in the bathroom wall and then saw water dripping. Also, could not turn the main water valve off, so of course I wanted to get someone asap. When I called Staton they were able to send someone out immediately. Matt came and he knew exactly what was wrong. I also asked about making it easier to turn the main water off. He gave us different options. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very pleased with the work and will be calling them for any plumbing issues or needs. One of the things I am big on is the customer service received and Staton was top notch.

Staton installed a Bosch heat pump system in my house. My existing system totally failed and they were able to provide loaner heaters and were able to install the new system 2 days after signing the contract. Staton went above and beyond to provide heat for us until they were able to professionally install our new HVAC system. I highly recommend this company. Rodney Porter did an outstanding job running his team and communicating with us every step of the way.

Robert was great! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to need to do to figure out why our sink had such low pressure. And took his time explaining what was wrong and how he could fix it.

Had a great experience with the winter HVAC checkup. Stiven and Cristian were punctual, professional, and clearly cared about doing a thorough inspection. I have three systems, and they took the time to carefully check each one and provided a detailed report for every unit.

I have been a home owner for over 30 years. Joe is absolutely amazing. First of all, they answered the phone on New Year’s Day in minutes! We had the worst kind of sewage backup and Joe was here less than an hour, again on New Year’s Day! Joe is extremely, professional, knows what he’s doing, very rare to get this quality of service nowadays. On the top of that , their price was very reasonable. 100 % recommended! I would call them again without hesitation.

Had issues with well and pump system. Called several companies that advertise 'call day or night' for immediate service. Not one answered the phone. Finally found Staton. Although not able to come immediately they did promise service early the next day. The tech (Joe) was at my door very early. I explained to him the issues I was having. He gave it some thought and proposed some solutions. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why. Within about three hours we had our water back, and everything was running better than ever. Thank you, Joe and Mr. Logan. I don't normally recommend businesses, but I will recommend Staton. Great work by Steven - not only did he repair the leaking copper pipe we called him out to fix, but his thorough inspection following repairs identified another leak in a different area that we hadn’t previously noticed. He came out and made the additional repairs the very next day.

Scheduling with the scheduling service was quite hectic but thankfully Matt came out to repair a gas leak within a few hours of me calling. Matt was friendly professional and made repaired my gas line. I feel my house is safe again and the service was quick.

Staton plumbers responded immediately to a basement leak that was flooding finished rooms. They quickly identified the source and fixed a complex problem. The work area was left neater and cleaner that upon their arrival. The plumbers were very pleasant and offered helpful suggestions. I highly recommend Staton plumbers.

Staton provided excellent service throughout the entire process of upgrading our HVAC system. From the initial diagnostic visit to getting an estimate on multiple recommended options, Steve and Vincent were excellent. They took the time to walk us through all of our options and answered all of our questions, and helped us feel confident in the decision we made. Less than 24 hours after deciding on a system, the new system was installed. Rodney showed up earlier than expected the next day for installation and went above and beyond. He didn't just install our system, but upgraded and rereouted some lines just to make things easier and cleaner. Everyone was incredibly professional and helpful, and our new system is fantastic. He is doing a good job. However some nots he tried to remove from the water tank of the toilet couldn’t come out from the water tank. When he decided to leave it and rebuild the other parts, the one he had tried to remove and did not had moved a little and water started leaking from there. We held the work and I have bought a new toilet to be put in on an agreed day. The new toilet has been installed well. Good job. Thank you.

I called W.L. Staton Plumbing with a leaky washer hookup issue and they gave me a four hour window (same day). The tech, TJ, showed up an hour after I had called and assessed the issue. He outlined the work (and price) that needed to be done. All work was completed and once finished the area was spotless and fully cleaned. TJ was very professional and accommodating with the few questions that I asked. Excellent! Ok

Our tub faucet was leaking pretty badly, so we called a few plumbers. The first company that came out quoted us an extremely high price. Staton Plumbing (Joe) came out and quoted us nearly half of that. Joe was awesome, not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and even showed me how I could handle it myself in the future if needed. UPDATE 12/12/25 - Rodney P. just finished installing a new humidifier for us. I can't say enough about how efficient, professional and personable he is. The end product/result was very clean and professional. We can already feel the difference with how comfortable the indoor air feels. We are very grateful for Rodney and the entire Staton team for all that they do and have done for us over the years. Highly recommend their services for long term success. Tim C. did an excellent job servicing our heat pumps in both a thorough and detailed manner. He had a very positive and friendly attitude. Furthermore he was honest about the performance and cleanliness of the equipment (which were both "excellent" - stemming from the original installation and regular servicing they have performed). Highly recommend Staton for their upfront communication about appointments (always on time, easy scheduling), high-quality services and top-notch technicians that seem to really like the company they work for and services they provide to customers. They are definitely not "salesmen" in nature (no upselling, only what is needed) and genuinely want to help keep your systems performing optimally.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. I needed a new HVAC system and called Staton on a Sunday. They sent out a technician that morning and we determined I needed a new system. I wasn’t charged any extra for the weekend callout. The sales rep came that afternoon and after going over all the options and pricing, I decided to go with. Bosch Hybrid system. They installed the system today (Wednesday). I can’t say enough about the installation team. Rodney Porter was incredibly professional and kept me updated on the progress. When they installation was done he stepped me through the entire system to include operation of the new thermostat. This was by far the best experience I’ve had from any company in a very long time. You will not go wrong using their service

4 minutes ago Stanton came out during a bad winter storm on a Saturday night. He fixed a leaking spicket while temperatures were in the 20's. Great price and amazing service. If you need a great plumber, look no further. Mike is a life saver.

We called the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they were here at 1:30. Steven did a thorough job looking at our system. We were most impressed with his review of what he did (which included pictures). He was super clear and flagged future needs without pushing immediate service. Professional and nice. This was our first time calling Staton and we have now joined as a member! Very impressed!

Stiven L. is a very thorough and professional young gentleman. He is also very patient. He walked us through the repair that he performed and the additional maintenance items he completed. He also took the time to bring to our attention and explain other anticipated issues that will need to be addressed to maintain our HVAC system; Our previous company was not as detail-oriented. Based on our interaction from just one visit from Stiven, we decided to change our maintenance plan to Staton.

I discovered a leak in my pipes behind the wall. I called Staton and they came out right away. Wes came to the house and was able to locate the leak (we did lose some drywall as expected) and fixed it in a day. Wes’ experience showed-he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and has a great sense of humor. Next time we use Staton we will be requesting him.

The team was absolutely amazing ! Rodney, William, and Derick provided me with all of the support I needed and went above and beyond to give me service. They installed an entire new unit and walked me through things step by step ! This teams service is unparalleled !

Jason was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. He gave me all the details and estimates I needed to make an informed decision about the work I wanted to have done. He was also very kind and patient with my son who spent a good chunk of time asking him questions and telling him his life story. The communication prior to Jason’s arrival was also excellent and all the customer service reps I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I got estimates for multiple plumbing jobs, but only had Jason disconnect my oven and cap the gas line on this occasion. That job cost $488 and I will say that when I checked the prices later for how much that job typically costs, this amount was high, which is why I took off a star. Overall, I’d give service 5 stars, cost 3-4 stars.

Jason did a really good job when he came to fix the issue with the water in the shower. He instantly knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He also showed me exactly what he did which I really appreciated.

Sam Northup was the technician that I worked with who solved a problem with my showerhead and water pressure. He was knowledgeable, professional, and listened well to my concerns. He took his time to make things right. I also had concerns about other plumbing issues in my house that were addressed in the same positive way. I highly recommend Staton and I sure hope I will see Sam for my plumbing needs in the future. I would also like to commend the staff and the ease of scheduling I was able to get in the same day.

We had a hot water leak and Station fix our leak the very next morning. Robert and Alan were very friendly and knowledgeable. Robert explained all the work to be done and did an excellent job. Both were very courteous and always wore their shoe protectors when they came in the house. Great work!
