Another excellent experience! Andrew came to do an HVAC inspection at my dad's house as part of the Comfort Care program. Calli and Brandon from the office were awesome in confirming the appointment and letting us know when Andrew was nearby. Andrew and his supervisor Jesse arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. After the inspection, Andrew explained what he found and presented us with a quote for the recommended work. He performed the work in a timely manner and checked things before he left. Highly recommend!

Tim was timely, professional and thorough in completing an HVAC Fall inspection service. Also had Jeff from Staton who repaired leaky valves leading to the water heater, fixed a shower head fixture, installed a filter under my kitchen sink and replaced my water heater. Each time the service was A+, and Jeff especially went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering quality results. Joe Brieg at STATON Plumbing & HVAC is amazing. He's friendly,considerate, knowledgeable, helpful & works with me. He lets you know your options & answers all your questions to make the decision best for you. He usually cleans up pretty well. I am to picky my kids say😊. He understands I can't due to health so I can't complain. Beside the plumbing replacing pipes, I got a water filter device. I recently got a device to lower my pressure & leak detector. He put on. This started with pinhole leaks. He's been here so many times he's like a son. He did leave a bit of a mess this last time but I'm guessing a bag broke as he left as white particles of ? were inside & outside & with rain & wind on the back door. I got it mostly cleaned up.He is human I know I make him sound saintly but it's nice to have someone I'm comfortable with & trust. I've had a lot of bad work so Joe is refreshing. I don't need to check everything . He also did a lot extra for me. He moved a lot of my stuff he didn't have to do but did because he knows I'm having a lot of difficulty walking. I didn't check before he left or we would have seen the mess & cleaned it up. I have no doubt. I would recommend Joe 100% for all your plumbing nerds . He's great.

Robert Moyer just came out to check on a leak at my in laws home. He checked over all of the potential sources for the leak and discovered a small issue with the existing clothes washer. He was very polite and kind to my elderly mother in law, explaining what he found. He even checked the toilet previously installed by Staton. Exceptional customer service!

Steve came out for our second HVAC maintenance check of the year. He did a thorough and great checking out our entire system. This wasn’t one of those 15 minute “everything is fine “ checks. Steve took his time and kept me informed of his progress and everything he checked on the unit. We have a maintenance plan with have been happy with the service and quality of their techs.The customer service is excellent from the initial call and scheduling all the way through completion.

This was my first experience with Staton and with Grace and it was great! Grace is wonderful, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the problem and what needed to be done. The process was complicated and drawn out because the water company had to be involved, but Grace was there throughout the process, keeping me updated and getting the job done. I’m very happy with the work she did and hope to see her again when I have my hot water heater replaced.

Our water heater started leaking out of nowhere possibly earlier in the day, but my husband found it around 8pm. I called multiple plumbing companies and as it was after hours, I had to wait until the next day. We had a fast leak that I babysat all night as to not flood our laundry room and cause damage. Staton called first thing in the morning around 6:30am. Tracy was amazing, provided me with details and gave me a time window. Vince was at my door by 9am. He quickly inspected the unit and determined the cause of failure and advised that we needed a new water heater. He presented several options in lieu of replacement as well. I was informed of cost, coupons, and payment options. Vince was patient while my husband and I deliberated. We elected to go with full replacement along with the service package to extend the warranty. Vince was respectful of my home and was thorough in the installation and subsequent validation of the new water heater. I appreciate this company's follow through and professionalism.

I had one team working on a sewer line repair while another tied in a rough-in for a sink, removed my old water heater to prepare for replacement, and then also helped me with a separate, sudden issue with my kitchen sink. Joe was friendly, efficient and was knowledgeable. He did a great job of showing and explaining the work that needed to be done. Our secondary (kitchen) line needed to be jetted from years of clog and build up. In the end, he also provided clear recommendations for maintenance.

What a great pleasure it was to have two of the nicest service technician's installing Pex valves under our kitchen. Very knowledgeable, well trained, enthusiastic, and above all else they did excellent high quality work. They are a credit to your company. I would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing work. Brandon came out to help fix a potential major pipe leak to our water heater, while making a thorough inspection of our exposed plumbing he uncovered a corrosion leak to our water pressure regulator (yet another possible major disaster) He explained everything and showed all the issues that lead to the pipes leaking. Not only did he make a timely repair but also went through his work to double check for leaks and pressure tested and calibrated the internal water pressure to our home. He was polite and respectful as well as informative with information and helpful hints of things to look for in the future.

Find leak, needed replacement of garbage disposal

Staton called to remind us if our annual system inspection, and sent Tim Chin out the next day to ensure our HVAC system was working well. Tim did a great job, very personable, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it throughout the visit. He even suggested some preventative things we might want to consider, without being pushy about it. We will definitely ask for him the next time we need a plumber. A 5 star service call! We will be recommending W. L. Staton to all of our friends for good plumbers and excellent customer service.

The Staton team was amazing to work with on the replacement of my HVAC system. I had contact with a number of people on their team and had a great experience across the board. They came out quickly the same day when I called about a repair, but as the system was considerably old, they provided some options the same day for replacement of the system plus converting from oil furnace to heat pump. Sales rep (Mike) clearly explained the system options which was helpful as I had little/no knowledge of HVACs. Rodney, Will, and Justin did an incredible job with the install. Robert provided outstanding service!. The repair was beautifully done and he even helped us troubleshoot a separate leak with our clothes washer.

I recently had some work done by Staton at my home and I couldn't be happier with the service. They took their time to ensure the job was done properly- no shortcuts, no rushing. Andrew from Staton did a great job assessing the problems with ductwork in a house we bought. They were quick to schedule and really explained things well.
