Once again, Staton Plumbing and heating you have sent another caring technician. Plumber Josh Starlings came out to check two major issues. One issue required immediate attention and the other I decided to wait until I had my thorough inspection with Staton. Afterwards, I explained to Josh that I had some concerns about the pipes that were running throughout the home. Josh immediately agreed to check the crawl space to give the pipes a check. While checking it was discovered that there was water running that could not be explained without further investigation. I really appreciate that Josh took his time to listen and check to see where the water was coming from. Josh treated the situation with care. We had a really stressful plumbing issue going on and I’m so thankful for the plumber Joe Fanning who came out to help us. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just rushing through it, explained everything in a way we could actually understand, and got us an answer quickly. Your technicians worked above and beyond to stay until almost 10pm to complete our install of a NEW heat/AC system that replaced an old AC unit. From start to finish with the project proposal to the installation your companies communication and information has been very professional! Waiting on one small thing to be completed. This is the second time we have used this company and it was proposed and promptly installed as promised within an excellent timeframe. Not on wait list for months! ​We recently contracted Staton Heating Cooling and Plumbing for a Bosch Two Ton Premium Split System heat pump for the upstairs of our nearly 50-year-old house. For the past forty years, our upstairs has been incredibly warm in the summer and uncomfortably cold in the winter despite the addition of new insulation, new windows, and a solar reflective blanket material to the inside of the attic roof. Now in our seventies, we decided we can no longer deal with the extreme temperature differences from the basement, main floor, and upstairs. Consequently, we decided to add a separate unit just for the upstairs. ​From the time Derek Aguayo first sized the job and provided us with the estimate until the first night we turned the system on, Staton personnel were nothing short of outstanding in all phases of the project. The project was broken up into two distinct phases, the first being the installation of the new ductwork in the attic, and the second being the installation of the system. In each phase, the technicians used drop cloths throughout the house and were extremely careful to keep dust to a minimum. They were extremely polite, professional, and patient, answering all the questions we had. On the day of system installation, Rey Mendoza and Ty Helm showed up early to begin. Upon seeing where the air handler was to be installed in the attic, they called for backup (access to the attic is a small 2’x2’ panel in the ceiling in the master closet). Jorge Lainez and Kevin Ruiz arrived within the hour and went to work getting everything up into the attic and connected to the ductwork. When confronted with the problem of running electrical power to the outside unit (the power panel is in the garage on the complete opposite end of the house, with no way to string wire from the garage to the attic), Rey Mendoza devised an elegant and clean way to route power. Several years ago we had the basement finished and the drywalled ceiling covered the wiring to the existing air conditioner. Rey ran the required wiring along the outside of the back of the house under the vinyl siding to the opposite end of the house where the new heat pump was to be installed next to the existing air conditioner. The resulting power run is virtually unnoticeable by anyone who is not actively looking for it. In the early afternoon of the first day in began to rain about the time the crew was installing the outside unit. They immediately erected a “tail gate chalet” to cover the area. They had to install and level a mounting pad in what was a small flower bed, and despite being wet and muddy, they kept a very positive attitude and successfully completed the set-up of the outside unit. Because of the challenges with the layout of the house and the weather, the crew worked nearly 11 hours on the first day. The second day was near perfect weather for the final installation. Rey and Ty were joined that day by Nathan Bark as they ran a cable tray outside the house from the attic to the outside unit for a very clean, professional appearance. After finishing inside installation and cleanup. Rey took time to explain the Smart Thermostat to me. Upon noticing that the wrong return vents were installed, he took the action to return the next day to replace them with filter accommodating vents in each room. Having filters in each second-floor room eliminates having to climb into the attic to replace a single large AprilAire filter. Additionally, filters in each room will help keep the entire ductwork in the attic clean for years to come. When we turned on the system for the first time, the temperature dropped 5 degrees within a half hour. The first night using the new system was heavenly! In summary, we are extremely happy with our experience with Staton Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Everyone was completely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We got a great system at a great price that will provide comfortable living for as long as we remain in the house. Thank you

A HUGE shoutout to Rey, Taylor, Ty’Sean, and Nathan. Our HVAC system was not cooling only heating. A service company told us that there was leakage. We decided to get a second opinion. Josh ( I think) from Staton came out immediately and found the real issue. A new HVAC was the way to go! So glad we did because the system itself is very efficient at both heating and cooling as well as being very quiet! The installation took all day! Pulling out the old and bringing in the new! Jorge and the other Technician with him it is playing thoroughly what they were going to do to level on my air-conditioning outside unit. They performed the work quickly. They explained what they had done and why showing me the completed job. While they had to remove some bricks and dirt to level the unit, they offered to replace the bricks if I desired. Both of the technicians were polite and professional.

Our hvac tech, Stiven, came out today to perform maintenance and a check up on our heat pump. We use Staton’s maintenance plan and they call when it’s time to get a check up! Stiven created a report on all his work, complete with pictures that he emailed to me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy working with Staton! They take care of my hvac and plumbing needs!

Contacted Staton Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing to replace a washing mashine drain pan. Matt was awesome, really knows his stuff. Got the job done, taught me a bunch of things in the process, really personable. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing work needed.

The technician Marquis arrived on time with attention to detail. . He was friendly and respectful to my home. Marquis explained the scope of the inspection in detail as well as the complete findings. I really appreciated that Marquis encouraged me to ask questions and entertained all questions with a suitable answer. He made sure there were not any questions left unanswered.

Was able to schedule an appointment in a short turnaround. Rescheduling was seamless. Very communicative on status of tech. There were several additional issues discovered during appt and technician was able to resolve all on same day (including water heater). Friendly staff and technicians!

Ja'Ron came out and helped to install my new thermostat. Wiring was showing is age but he was able to get it installed quickly and professionally, while cleaning up the treats nest of wires from previous thermostat.

From the moment I called Staton about my air conditioner needing repair I felt that I was in good, capable hands. Josh S initially came out to do the diagnostic on my unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my particular HVAC system, he was kind and patient in answering my questions. Josh also addressed an issue I had been having with my two toilets. Per my request, the needed work was completed by Josh S, and I couldn't be more pleased. I have such peace of mind about the work that was done, and about Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as a whole. The customer service is impeccable. The customer service representatives are so personable and responsive to your needs. I also spoke with Adam in another department, as I had a question about my bill, also a pleasure to speak with and my question was promptly resolved. I will certainly be using Staton going forward.

This visit was because of a 'user error'... after some quick investigating on a Sunday afternoon, a pressure relief valve was found to be stuck. Technician Jason was friendly and happy that the problem solved itself! No charge, but earning future business!

I was so excited to get same day service on a Friday afternoon after discovering I had no hot water. Matt was assigned to assist me with my issue. He was so thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He gave me various options to fix the issues and considered my financial position. Absolutely terrific service. We recently purchased an aging cottage. JT gave us a complete evaluation and explanation of our plumbing and water system. Tony had previously come through with a snake camera and explained our full drain and septic system status. Aaron serviced our HVAC and taught us about nuances of the fancy thermostat. We got a listing of potential repairs/upgrades, very honest prioritization and listing of alternatives. We felt no pressure to do anything not absolutely needed. Strongly recommend Staton.

I had Alan and nick for an emergency line replacement. These guys were professional and very intelligent. They not only replaced the line but checked to make sure there were no other leaks in my home giving me peace of mind. They cleaned up well and managed to save my pine panel wall

Cristian was very friendly and helpful during his service visit even thought he had to give me bad news about my AC unit. He was detail oriented when explaining the issues and helped me schedule a follow up appointment.

Edit: This company is amazing and really pour back to the community. Today we had the Trio Chip, Graig and Jake come in and install a new HVAC system in our home, not only did they arrive on time, but they were knowledgeable, efficient and great at their job. They were so nice and talked me through the process, they just had all around great customer service, they even went as far as to look into a pipe that was leaking and was able to fix it the same day. I also got to meet Will Staton, really nice and funny man with a great personality to back up a great company, even talked about their free ice cream truck. I would hands down recommend this company and recommend the trio. My home finally feels comfortable again, thank you to the whole Staton Crew. Andrew was prompt and very nice. He came in and checked our HVAC unit for us and gave me a detailed explanation of the issues. Thank you Andrew. Also would recommend Staton, they promptly answer calls and were able to schedule service quickly. We were promptly updated on when they would arrive and kept in the loop of scheduling.

Adding to this first review as I can't figure out how to creat a new review. We had a leak from a corroded hole in a 50 year old cast iron sewer pipe. Staton came out and gave us a free estimate. They quoted $2800 for the repair, but ended up only charging $2300 as Noah (our plumber) didn't need as much material as his original estimate. I mean WOW! Noah's main objective was to make the repair at the LEAST COST AND INCONVENIENCE to us! Staton could have charged us the full estimate and we would have paid it, and gladly. So, if you are looking for an honest, professional, and just plain kind plumbing company Staton should be your first pick!!! Patrick was great! We had an emergency water heater leak at 6 PM. He was here in less than an hour, drained the tank and we'll get our new water heater next day. We joined their monthly customer club for $18/month and saved $700 + 15%. Staton was a real like saver. They saved our basement!!

Josh did an amazing job switching out our very large electric hot water heater with a new gas-fueled tankless system. He had to vent through the side of the house, attach an acid neutralization filter and run-off, extend the gas line and build a wall to mount it all. The result was a beautifully organized system that works efficiently throughout the house. Josh was professional and communicated well before, during and after the installation. He took pride in the installation and we are really happy with the result. Highly recommend Josh and Staton!

Mr. Fanning was very good. Professional. Patient. He was at my home on April 13th. He called ahead to confirm my appointment and the reason for the repair visit. Mr. Fanning gave me an arrival time update, and he arrived on time. He snaked the drain pipe that is connected from the outside into the kitchen under the sink. He replaced the PVC pipe P trap and tail piece that is connected to that drain pipe. This resolved the problem of the water standing in my sink and very slowly draining. This also resolved a leak at connection between the sink drain and the P trap. Upon completion of the work, Mr. Fanning told me to call Staton if there’s any problem with the repair he completed. Staton service has a one year warranty and they will return to fix the problem free of charge. It’s been 6 days since he completed the repair. The water drains from the sink immediately and there have been no leaks. Thank you!
