Fast, same-day service of our AC unit!

Marquis Harley was on time, polite, and got right to work analyzing why my elderly mother's AC had shut off. He determined the drain was clogged and cleared the debris quickly and without amy mess. With the weather we're experiencing right now it was a true blessing that Marquis came when he did. Station Heating, Cooling & Plumbing are the only people we'll call if we have issues. Great job every time.

Sam is one of the technicians that came out today for an ongoing plumbing issue we are having. From the moment he walked in, He was very professional and kind and explained the situation at hand thoroughly. Although the issue could not be resolved today not his nor the companies fault. He was very consistent with finding a solution for this problem and he did. He really didnt feel comfortable without finding a solutionway to properly help with our plumbing issue. I would highly recommend this company and Sam is the best!

On one of the hottest days of the year, A/C quit working. Called W.L. Staton and had repair with Josh Sneed - he came out the same morning I placed the service call, diagnosed issue quickly, drove to nearest store himself to pick up needed replacement part, and immediately came back to replace it. Up and running within 1-1/2 hours - couldn’t be happier with Josh and his level of service and professionalism. Above and beyond!

Great service yet again! I've had them replaced a water heater and check my AC unit when I thought it broke on one of the hottest days. Every rep I spoke with was kind and professional and Cristian from the team was so patient answered all my silly questions and made sure my home was good to go before leaving. Nicholas Mauller did an excellent job inspecting our HVAC system. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. He even cleaned our very dirty, dog-hair-filled filter that had gone too long without being replaced!

He was incredibly patient and kind with our three dogs, who were all over him during the visit, and even noticed bees around our mailbox and sprayed the area for us. What really stood out was that he didn't rush out as soon as the job was done—he took his time and genuinely cared about helping us. We even ended up chatting about dog training and tick bites! Highly recommend Nicholas for his professionalism, expertise, and kindness.

Replaced HVAC system. Great price, didn't try to upsell me to a unit I didn't need. Install was done quickly. Techs were professional and friendly. Definitely recommended joining the service club. Well worth the cost.

Wes helped me on a Sunday with a burst pipe, checked all my pipes, found a slightly leaking cutoff knob and replaced that as well. Staton always comes thru for us and our 90 year old house!

This company was amazing. Keep in mind that our house was built in 1966 and previous technicians had jimmy rigged the old system for decades. STATON came out quickly when our air conditioning system went kaput, knowing that the weather was about to get REALLY HOT. The technicians were wonderful. They explained everything as they proceeded. They presented all our options to find the best solution for us. They did a great job on installation of a whole new system. They explained everything to us every step of the way, correcting all the jimmy rigging that had stacked up over the decades. It was a huge endeavor for them but they conquered every issue. Finally, they showed us how to operate the new system and best practices for maximum efficiency and a long life of the new system. Additionally the put us on a program where they will come out twice a year to maintain the system. We highly recommend them!!

Marquis Harley, our HVAC/furnace technician, quickly diagnosed and fixed a previous AC repair gone wrong and fully redeemed our experience with Staton! We also appreciate the customer first experience from Staton. Since this was a callback, there was no charge.

We had our 26 year old A/C system - 3 zones - completely removed and replaced with a new Bosch system. The team of technicians who did this big job consisted of Jonathan, Rey and Jake. They were OUTSTANDING! Way above five stars. Cheerful, polite, considerate of our home, and VERY hard working! Can’t say enough about the superb work they did.
Staton was also top notch - they evaluated the issue on Monday and had the whole BIG job done by Thursday noon. Very good communication as well. You should check with Staton before contracting with anyone else.

Stephen Stuart is awesome! He replaced my faulty main water valve and relocated it to a spot where it was easier to shut off & turn back on. On 6/1/3026 he installed a new water heater & I expressed my concerns about the main shutoff valve. That’s when he informed me on how he could fix it and the coordination that would be needed with my Condo Association to get the building water shutdown to do that work. I am very pleased that my new main water valve is now accessible and easily turning off and back on. A prior owner had painted it stuck.

Matt McClure did an excellent job installing our new hot water heater and fixing the plumbing issue in the pool house. He was very professional, thorough, and efficient. Highly recommend Staton and Matt — great work!

Our technician Joe Fanning was both professional and educational on clearing our main drain. He explained our main problems we had experienced. Everything was left neat and clean. We will definitely use Staton in the future if other problems arise.

Had a broken dual capacitor and needed more refrigerant. Nicholas Malluer quickly helped diagnose and fix the problem. He also gave multiple helpful hints about the HVAC maintenance that I should be doing. I will definitely request Nicholas for future semi annually maintenance, and other HVAC problems.

The next day I had Wes Justice come out to diagnose my hot water heater leaking. Wes quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a new fiberglass water heater. He removed the previous water heater and installed the new water heater within a few hours. Just like Nicholas, he gave multiple helpful hints about the water heater and maintenance. I will definitely request Wes for my semi annual plumping maintenance and if I ever have future plumping problems.

Both issues were expensive, but fairly priced and they didn’t nickel and dime me for other little immaterial services.

Definitely happy with the service!

Excellent work. Very well at answering questions and explaining everything. Cleaned up well upon finishing work. Worked non-stop all day. Very hard workers. Incredibly happy with my new system. Went from having thermostat set at 74 and feeling humid on my old system to setting thermostat to 78 and feeling wonderful on the new system and its much more quiet. Can't even hear the outside unit running at all. So glad I spent the extra for a variable speed system. It's going to really save me money.

This is the second time Mike and Gabriel have provided service to us, and they exemplify competence and professionalism. They explain what needs to be done and why, they offer alternatives at different prices, they always leave the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived, and they are both cautious and respectful of our needs. A great team I would recommend to anyone.

An incredible experience discussing and selecting various options. When it came to the installation of the new furnace I was amazed at how conscientious Justin was in making sure it was done right. I had several questions as he was working and he always took the the time to stop and answer them…..with a smile and and very polite. Stiven Llano at STATON HVAC & Plumbing came out today for my spring HVAC checkup. He was kind & respectful. He explained what he did, & said he'd email pics. I was unable to get back up before he left to see the work due to recent spinal cord surgery but I am sure he did a great job. Another 5***** great person at STATON to take care of my home . Thanks STATON . I have the comfort care program so I pay monthly so this is $0 . Comfort care provides checkups,discounts etc. I just went & looked at the pics all green everything is perfect not to mention it looks cleaned up back there . Justin and his entire support staff were AMAZING! My hvac needed fully replaced and its in a crawl space under my house. Its literally 100 degrees outside and they worked non stop for 10 hours to get it done, make sure it was working even though they faced a great many hurdles. Couldn't appreciate them more and highly recommend them!!!!

We have used Staton in the past for other issues, and they have always been so professional and on time! We had scheduled a water heater maintenance appointment which turned into a full replacement, but our technician Stephen made it such a seamless process. He was extremely efficient - went to get a new heater and installed it in record time - all within the timeframe we were given. Once again, Staton Plumbing and heating you have sent another caring technician. Plumber Josh Starlings came out to check two major issues. One issue required immediate attention and the other I decided to wait until I had my thorough inspection with Staton. Afterwards, I explained to Josh that I had some concerns about the pipes that were running throughout the home. Josh immediately agreed to check the crawl space to give the pipes a check. While checking it was discovered that there was water running that could not be explained without further investigation. I really appreciate that Josh took his time to listen and check to see where the water was coming from. Josh treated the situation with care. He explained everything that was taking place as well as provided me with photos of the issue. Josh was able to take care of the problem to my satisfaction. Minisplit installation. Rey and crew (Jorge, Ty, Kevin) and eventual additional help from Taylor ... AMAZING. These guys are prompt, respectful, optimistic, and detail oriented. I am very impressed with them. Lisa in the office is amazing - very personable, great communication, very nice and accomodating. This crew ran into some trouble during the job that had more to do with the sales and logistics side. But they handled it, even coming back on the weekend to finish up. I would have any of the guys listed above come into my home to do any work with absolute trust.

The work was part of a larger renovation and they were extremely timely doing the full HVAC replacement in two days. I then added some additional plumbing work and that took 2.5 days. The HVAC system seems to work beautifully and it was extrenely helpful they kept such a tight schedule

I am very impressed with them. Lisa in the office is amazing - very personable, great communication, very nice and accomodating. This crew ran into some trouble during the job that had more to do with the sales and logistics side. But they handled it, even coming back on the weekend to finish up. I would have any of the guys listed above come into my home to do any work with absolute trust.

We had a really stressful plumbing issue going on and I’m so thankful for the plumber Joe Fanning who came out to help us. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just rushing through it, explained everything in a way we could actually understand, and got us an answer quickly. Your technicians worked above and beyond to stay until almost 10pm to complete our install of a NEW heat/AC system that replaced an old AC unit. From start to finish with the project proposal to the installation your companies communication and information has been very professional! Waiting on one small thing to be completed. This is the second time we have used this company and it was proposed and promptly installed as promised within an excellent timeframe. Not on wait list for months! I was impressed by that extra effort to ensure they had the correct information for the service call. I was very pleased with the efforts made by the technicians to ensure everything was working properly before they left and that I knew how the new thermostat works; explained how my heat pump works in very low temps; were able to answer clearly all my questions. ​We recently contracted Staton Heating Cooling and Plumbing for a Bosch Two Ton Premium Split System heat pump for the upstairs of our nearly 50-year-old house. For the past forty years, our upstairs has been incredibly warm in the summer and uncomfortably cold in the winter despite the addition of new insulation, new windows, and a solar reflective blanket material to the inside of the attic roof. Now in our seventies, we decided we can no longer deal with the extreme temperature differences from the basement, main floor, and upstairs. Consequently, we decided to add a separate unit just for the upstairs. ​From the time Derek Aguayo first sized the job and provided us with the estimate until the first night we turned the system on, Staton personnel were nothing short of outstanding in all phases of the project. The project was broken up into two distinct phases, the first being the installation of the new ductwork in the attic, and the second being the installation of the system. In each phase, the technicians used drop cloths throughout the house and were extremely careful to keep dust to a minimum. They were extremely polite, professional, and patient, answering all the questions we had. On the day of system installation, Rey Mendoza and Ty Helm showed up early to begin. Upon seeing where the air handler was to be installed in the attic, they called for backup (access to the attic is a small 2’x2’ panel in the ceiling in the master closet). Jorge Lainez and Kevin Ruiz arrived within the hour and went to work getting everything up into the attic and connected to the ductwork. When confronted with the problem of running electrical power to the outside unit (the power panel is in the garage on the complete opposite end of the house, with no way to string wire from the garage to the attic), Rey Mendoza devised an elegant and clean way to route power. Several years ago we had the basement finished and the drywalled ceiling covered the wiring to the existing air conditioner. Rey ran the required wiring along the outside of the back of the house under the vinyl siding to the opposite end of the house where the new heat pump was to be installed next to the existing air conditioner. The resulting power run is virtually unnoticeable by anyone who is not actively looking for it. In the early afternoon of the first day in began to rain about the time the crew was installing the outside unit. They immediately erected a “tail gate chalet” to cover the area. They had to install and level a mounting pad in what was a small flower bed, and despite being wet and muddy, they kept a very positive attitude and successfully completed the set-up of the outside unit. Because of the challenges with the layout of the house and the weather, the crew worked nearly 11 hours on the first day. The second day was near perfect weather for the final installation. Rey and Ty were joined that day by Nathan Bark as they ran a cable tray outside the house from the attic to the outside unit for a very clean, professional appearance. After finishing inside installation and cleanup. Rey took time to explain the Smart Thermostat to me. Upon noticing that the wrong return vents were installed, he took the action to return the next day to replace them with filter accommodating vents in each room. Having filters in each second-floor room eliminates having to climb into the attic to replace a single large AprilAire filter. Additionally, filters in each room will help keep the entire ductwork in the attic clean for years to come. When we turned on the system for the first time, the temperature dropped 5 degrees within a half hour. The first night using the new system was heavenly! In summary, we are extremely happy with our experience with Staton Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Everyone was completely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We got a great system at a great price that will provide comfortable living for as long as we remain in the house. Thank you
