Joe was timely, friendly, and the mechanical repair was performed on our shower mixer as requested. I am holding back the fifth star due to the finishing. The old caulk was not completely removed from the faucet trim, the new caulk was not applied thoroughly, and plumbers putty waste was left in the tub and on the fixture. Otherwise, good experience.

I had an emergency sewer backup. The first company I called told me twice someone would call. After 2 hours no plumber. I called Staton and their plumbers were there in 45 minutes. They were the best, professional, courteous and cleaned everything before they left. They are the plumbers I will call in the future. Thank you Joe and your team. EG

We have a Fujitsu mini split. For some reason a lot of HVAC companies won’t work on it. This is the third company in the last five years and I think we found the holy Grail. Our service tech TJ was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he fix it better than anyone has ever fixed it before, and when I say fix it, I mean actually got the temperature down to where it was blowing air that was 50 some degrees. The last two companies we used could never get it to blow below 68°. He explained to me everything he was doing. He suggested some inexpensive, but efficient possible fixes that none of the other companies suggested. And I have found my new HVAC company. I’m gonna join their monthly Service plan for $20 a month. I wish I would’ve called these guys sooner. Highly recommend!!!

We were needing to get our water heater replaced. Not only was I able to make a same day appointment, but Mike and Gabriel were able to get it all completed today! I couldn’t be more appreciative of them! They both were super friendly and so patient with us (especially having to work with the warranty company) They even removed their shoes before walking through out the house! Well it’s never good news to find out you need a new water heater it I’m happy to report that Mike Leedy at Statons did a superior job replacing it. He was professional, yet personable. He and his assistant were careful and kept the area clean and went the extra effort to leave it looking nicer than it had. A couple hours later Jesse came to find out why my air conditioner wasn’t cooling. He replace the capacitor and it was fixed and put in a new register that was easier to adjust. He also reflected the professional, personal attitude that I’ve come to expect from this company. They want their clients to be completely satisfied.

I thought Rodney Porter and his crew arrived at their job site ready to rock They paid attention to detail and took the high road for a quality installation while keeping a clean job site. At the end they reviewed the details of the system and explained the safety features of the new system with me and walked me through the steps for the SMART thermostat controller and iPhone app. We look forward to hopefully many years of heating and cooling from our new Bosch system; installation and maintenance by Staton.

And he explained it could take awhile but I didn't think it was as long but when he called he also explained why it took him longer than he had planned. I highly recommend this business. Our system (heating) went up in November of 2024. We contacted numerous companies for estatements and received those from four companies. Neither of these companies returned our calls due to financial difficulties on our part. But STATON was the only company willing to work with us. STATON was the only company will to go above and beyond to help us get the financing we needed to get a new system installed. The crew consisted of 3 Rodney and 2 assistants They I would were very efficient installing the unit in a difficult area along with the cooling unit outside. Rodney was willing to explain everything that we needed to know about the unit an the new thermostat that was installed. He even took pictures of the unit installed to show what he installed an explained all that was installed an how it would work. The area was cleared of all unnecessary parts and looked better then it was before he even started. If you're looking for a company that actually takes care of thier customer's, I HIGHLY recommend STATON heating 👌.

Staton really is one of the best. Very professional and courteous, and the work expertly done. I know that when I need something repaired correctly, Staton will get it done. We had a small leak with a pipe connected to our water conditioner that very quickly turned into a spraying mess. I put in a request online in the middle of the night and heard back from them a couple hours later. Matt arrived today and got to work, not only fixing the repair so that everything was better than ever, but also putting in a new filter and ultraviolet bulb. Everything worked perfectly.

Joe Brieg is great! Water heater replacement done in just a few hours. Joe is very knowledgeable, super-competent, and great to work with. Staton also put in a whole new HVAC system for us last fall, and that was a great experience as well. Too bad there are only five stars for top performance! I've give at least ten!

The crew were prompt, professional, did high quality work, and answered all of my questions. They replaced a length of pipe that had pinhole leaks and upgraded our old gas water heater. Staton is not cheap, but they are very reliable and high quality. I saved a ton through their membership program.

He took the time to explain company benefits and products, as well as how to operate the newly installed features of my system.
