Jason Bonner was professional and friendly, and did an outstanding job of capping off the gas to a gas fireplace. In the process, he noticed a potential hazard regarding my hotcwater tank and took care of that as well.

Update: We just had Stiven in for our bi-annual maintenance on our 2 new HVAC systems and 2 older systems. One of our older systems was not running and we were unaware of it. He did such an amazing job documenting every piece of our system that needed repairs. I was so impressed with his level of detail and time that he took to explain what was going on and why it was not running and how we could fix it and help prevent future issues. Stiven did not rush to get the job done. I really appreciate that he took his time to do the job correctly. Robert was great! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to need to do to figure out why our sink had such low pressure. And took his time explaining what was wrong and how he could fix it.

Staton’s process for the installation of a mini-split system was first-rate from the initial consultation with their mini-split expert (Vinny) and Will Staton through installation. The installation was scheduled for 2 days after placing the order! A very special callout to Justin the lead tech for the installation. The installation was expertly completed with great attention to detail. Justin is very personable and extremely engaging. He strives for the customer to be happy. The installation resulted in a happy customer and a clean house.

I had water bib crack. Causing water to leak on the inside of my home. The customer agent was very professional and helpful. They were suppose to come same day for an emergency but had to reschedule for the next morning. I received my call for the morning. Josh was amazing. Rob and his helper arrived at our site within the time slot we were given. They were equipped with the tools and parts to complete our work request , (clogged busy office commode and bad stop valve replacement.) They completed all work in a couple hours, cleaned up well and were on their way. Good job Staton!

Thorough, detailed, polite. Great job!! Andrew ( and his partner) were polite, courteous, gave an evaluation of a number of issues that I shared regarding my complicated heating system. Very thorough and did not pressure to make any particular choices. The drain situation that I thought I had a solution to , that he followed up on did not work out for a number of reasons that he explained. He purged the system and brought the boiler pressure down to a level that he said was in the appropriate range. His work was neatly done. Good job!

I was helping a neighbor shovel there car out who works over night at the hospital and was have trouble Breaking through the ice and right when we got to the Icey area a Staton heating and air truck pulled up and pulled a metal shovel out and helped us for 30 minutes and asked for nothing I think his name was Justin not sure but he deserves some praise casue we had already broke 2 plastic shovels trying to get through it.

Very happy with service.

I cannot be more thankful. Chip, Carl and George battled bitter cold, snow, ice and a very stubborn condenser that was frozen solid to the pad to install a new HVAC system in our house to ensure we had heat with the incoming deep freeze. All options to remove the condenser were utilized. The team were respectful and accommodating throughout the ordeal and kept a good sense of humor even during moving the new unit into place through the uncertain footing. Carl walked me through the unit’s operation and made sure I was pleased with everything before leaving for his next call.

Had a main drain backup the day before the snowstorm. Got an immediate response. Communication was excellent. Matt Kramer is an outstanding diagnostician, knowledgeable, professional and thorough and did an incredible job identifying the issue and fixing the problem.

I called Slaton and they sent Steven (Shell) out to me same day, before the expected snowstorm. He diagnosed the issue, installed a NEW water heater, and got us back up and running within hours. It would have been a rough few days in the house under the snow without Slaton. Thanks again!

My experience with Mr. Dalton, was exceptional he arrived at my home and started working immediately on the problem. Was hearing a noise in the bathroom wall and then saw water dripping. Also, could not turn the main water valve off, so of course I wanted to get someone asap. When I called Staton they were able to send someone out immediately. Matt came and he knew exactly what was wrong. I also asked about making it easier to turn the main water off. He gave us different options. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very pleased with the work and will be calling them for any plumbing issues or needs. One of the things I am big on is the customer service received and Staton was top notch.

Staton installed a Bosch heat pump system in my house. My existing system totally failed and they were able to provide loaner heaters and were able to install the new system 2 days after signing the contract. Staton went above and beyond to provide heat for us until they were able to professionally install our new HVAC system. I highly recommend this company. Had a great experience with the winter HVAC checkup. Stiven and Cristian were punctual, professional, and clearly cared about doing a thorough inspection. I have three systems, and they took the time to carefully check each one and provided a detailed report for every unit.

I have been a home owner for over 30 years. Joe is absolutely amazing. First of all, they answered the phone on New Year’s Day in minutes! We had the worst kind of sewage backup and Joe was here less than an hour, again on New Year’s Day! Joe is extremely, professional, knows what he’s doing, very rare to get this quality of service nowadays. On the top of that , their price was very reasonable. 100 % recommended! I would call them again without hesitation.

Had issues with well and pump system. Called several companies that advertise 'call day or night' for immediate service. Not one answered the phone. Finally found Staton. Although not able to come immediately they did promise service early the next day. The tech (Joe) was at my door very early. I explained to him the issues I was having. He gave it some thought and proposed some solutions. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why. Within about three hours we had our water back, and everything was running better than ever. Thank you, Joe and Mr. Logan. I don't normally recommend businesses, but I will recommend Staton. Great work by Steven - not only did he repair the leaking copper pipe we called him out to fix, but his thorough inspection following repairs identified another leak in a different area that we hadn’t previously noticed. He came out and made the additional repairs the very next day.

Staton plumbers responded immediately to a basement leak that was flooding finished rooms. They quickly identified the source and fixed a complex problem. Staton provided excellent service throughout the entire process of upgrading our HVAC system. From the initial diagnostic visit to getting an estimate on multiple recommended options, Steve and Vincent were excellent. They took the time to walk us through all of our options and answered all of our questions, and helped us feel confident in the decision we made. Less than 24 hours after deciding on a system, the new system was installed. Rodney showed up earlier than expected the next day for installation and went above and beyond. He is doing a good job. However some nots he tried to remove from the water tank of the toilet couldn’t come out from the water tank. When he decided to leave it and rebuild the other parts, the one he had tried to remove and did not had moved a little and water started leaking from there. We held the work and I have bought a new toilet to be put in on an agreed day. The new toilet has been installed well. Good job. Thank you.

I called W.L. Staton Plumbing with a leaky washer hookup issue and they gave me a four hour window (same day). The tech, TJ, showed up an hour after I had called and assessed the issue. He outlined the work (and price) that needed to be done. All work was completed and once finished the area was spotless and fully cleaned. TJ was very professional and accommodating with the few questions that I asked. Excellent! Ok

Tim Chin came over this morning to do an annual HVAC tuneup and inspection. He perform diagnostic on the whole system and explained everything what he. Very thorough. I like that.

Our tub faucet was leaking pretty badly, so we called a few plumbers. The first company that came out quoted us an extremely high price. Staton Plumbing (Joe) came out and quoted us nearly half of that. Joe was awesome, not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and even showed me how I could handle it myself in the future if needed.
