Great Service, I highly recommend them. Jonathan, Jake, and Ty were fantastic in putting in our new heat pump/air handler and removing the old system. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Would have them work on my HVAC any time. Mike and Steve who inspected the system and made recommendations were also great!

This is my first time working with Staton. Matt came out to look over my plumbing issues and gave me a quote. He then went to work on those issues which were two different ones. The water heater expansion tank needed replacing and the outside faucet was leaking. To replace the faucet he had to cut into the interior wall to gain access to the pipe but he went the extra mile and installed an access panel rather than leaving a big cutout. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. His work was exceptional!

Ja'Ron Coates was very professional and courteous. Explained everything to my understanding and satisfaction. He took pictures of my A/C system and pin pointed the problem in a very short time frame (fuses burnt out). I would recommend him.

I recently had Staton Plumbing out to take care of my pipes, and I was impressed from start to finish. The technician showed up on time, was respectful of our home, and clearly knew his stuff. He assessed the situation and explained what he was seeing in plain terms, so I understood the problem and what needed to be done before any work started.

What really set them apart was the video recording of the pipes after cleaning. Instead of just taking their word that the job was done, I got to see the results for myself. That level of transparency is rare, and it gave me real confidence that the work was done right.

The pricing was fair and there were no surprises on the bill. He also cleaned up after himself and left the area exactly the way he found it.

If you want a plumber who knows what he's doing and backs it up with proof, I'd recommend Staton Plumbing. I'll be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

In the past month I have had to deal with plumbing/HVAC issues that resulted in water leaks in my basement and my attic. The problem in my basement included the installation of a new sump pump. The technician in this case was Josh Beadenkopf. Josh provided excellent customer service. His demeanor was very professional and he carefully explained every option to solve my problem. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He did a great job and definitely alleviated some of the stress I was feeling about my situation. I was so impressed that when I experienced my second issue with water in my attic, I specifically requested him to assist which Staton accommodated. He came out but determined that I needed a HVAC specialist. He made arrangements for someone to come out that afternoon and even called me to follow up and make sure I got the help I needed.

The HVAC technician that came out for the issue in my attic was Stiven Llando. I hit the jackpot again with a a professional, knowledgable and personable technician! He was very thorough, determined and as a result was able to successfully unclog the drain lines that had caused the water leaks. He very patiently explained the entire process and included pictures. Stiven made several recommendations including installation of a safety mechanism that would help avoid future water damage which I accepted as well as other options there were available to me to consider. He did outstanding work! Kudos to Stiven!

UPDATED REVIEW 9/10/26 - Yesterday, Adam Pugatch from Staton performed a complete A/C HVAC inspection and tune up. I was so impressed by Adam's knowledge of my "Aquatherm" system, as well as his many years of experience working in the HVAC industry. He initially took the time and listened to my concerns, answering any questions I had. Adam is so personable and friendly, an all around genuinely nice guy. For about a week prior, I felt that my AC was running for longer periods of time than usual, between 2pm and 6pm, and suspected that this was due to a very large oak tree that was removed from in front of my condo. I have been very spoiled by that beautiful oak tree over many, many summers providing some protection from the sun and heat. Adam, upon his thorough inspection of my HVAC system and outdoor condenser, found everything to be in great working order, no issues found. Staton has been a fantastic company to deal with, providing impeccable customer service from the moment you call until the job is complete. I highly recommend the "Comfort Club Membrship" program, so well worth it. REVIEW REGARDING WORK PERFORMED 4/23/26 - From the moment I called Staton about my air conditioner needing repair I felt that I was in good, capable hands. Josh S initially came out to do the diagnostic on my unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my particular HVAC system, he was kind and patient in answering my questions. Josh also addressed an issue I had been having with my two toilets. Per my request, the needed work was completed by Josh S, and I couldn't be more pleased. I have such peace of mind about the work that was done, and about Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as a whole. The customer service is impeccable. The customer service representatives are so personable and responsive to your needs. I also spoke with Adam in another department, as I had a question about my bill, also a pleasure to speak with and my question was promptly resolved. I will certainly be using Staton going forward.

Robert and Logan were fantastic. They weee very complimentary of the work I performed. They pointed out the one issue with a plumbing “T” (2) T’s on one line within a certain amount of inches. He quickly worked up a price for the work. Unfortunately the price was well beyond our budget. However he was fantastic in telling me what I could do in advance of the home inspector. His ideas were fantastic, and I will put them to practical use. Both Robert and Logan were professional and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and use Staton should an emergency plumbing issue arise. I was very grateful that they waived the $39 fee for the visit. Clearly an outstanding company looking out for the homeowner.

Noah Claxton came out to install piping after the installation of the water heater that was up to code. He and the other technician were pleasant and professional. They kept me informed what they would minimize how much they needed to cut through the ceiling to access the pipes as possible They covered my floors over the area they would be cutting. They made sure the pipes were installed so the inspector could see the numbers when he came back. Very pleased.

Vince was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He did a great job repairing our plumbing leak and installing an outdoor spigot.

Leaky shut-off valves were replaced and new ones checked for leaks (none found). Technicians were pleasant and answered all my questions as well as checked an issue that was not on the call-out request.

A picture hanging above our toilet fell and knocked the valve for the toilet off the wall which created a gusher of water. We turned off our water to stop the damage and are grateful that Statin showed an hour and a half later and completely repaired our issue.

My service was performed by Stephen Stuart. He was excellent. On time, friendly and knowledgeable. Examined my leak situation and gave me a complete analysis and breakdown of my options. He showed me the places that were worn and needed repair. We went over the estimates for the options. After selecting the options, he began and completed the work as expected with no additional work required. He informed me of the Staton membership program (which I selected), gave me a brochure, inform of a company that could restore my dry wall section, and gave me his card. From start to finish, he delivered excellent service.

Thanks to Staton for fast and quality service for my mother-in-law’s home. As a Virginian, I didn’t know who to call for help in Maryland, but now I sure do! Staton every time.

After 5pm, our well water pump failed and was spraying water everywhere. Staton had someone at our house in less than 45 mins. Patrick was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and our pump was fixed before we went to bed. I will have Staton and Patrick on speed dial from now on!

My technician Joe was very personable and explained everything that he would need to do prior to completing anything. He also ensured that everything was completed to our expectations prior to leaving the job.

New to the area, we had a friend recommend Staton. We needed a hot water tank. Very satisfied with Sam, no pressure selling or hard core sales pitch. Had it up and running in one day! Communication was very easy!

Staton responded quickly to our flooded basement. They set us up with a remediation company that came out same day and returned the next day (when the water had been removed) to replace the sump pump. Patrick was our plumber and he was very professional. He performed the work in an expedient manner and inspected other areas of the house as well. We highly recommend Staton.

Had a last minute emergency with my older water heater so I called Staton. Their technician Matt K. arrived in an hour and did a great job diagnosing the issue and going over my options for moving forward with a newer water heater. When it came time for the installation, he did an excellent job and everything was done to perfection.

I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward Matt was throughout the whole process. It’s not often you get someone who actually takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand what’s being done. He brought a creative solution to the problem of relocating the plumbing for a 1/2 bathroom vanity renovation. I knew from the moment he placed his shoe protectors on and engaged with his friendly, informative style that he was one of the best in the trade. He was clear, patient, listened to what I needed, and then proceeded to intelligently explain options. His approach was welcome and extremely rare in my experience with plumbers. It’s why I’ll call Staton or recommend them from now on. My very particular wife was very impressed and comfortable with Sam working in her house— that is the highest compliment I can give!

My neighbor had a gas leak that caused me and my other attached neighbors serious problems. Once the gas leak was found and BGE turned the gas off, the emergency was over. Until I had my gas turned back on and my water heater said not today. I have a company I usually call, but decided to get another quote from Staton since they could come out the next morning.
Matt came out and did a thorough examination, walked me through all of my options. Everything he said made sense but the deciding factor was that they could start the very next day.
Staton kept me updated the whole process. Matt came the next morning with help and replaced/upgraded my water heater, replaced my 20yr old water basin, and re-piped some areas to make it more efficient. All this in about 6 hours. Matt was awesome and was great with my dogs.
Now was this work cheap, absolutely not. But considering I bought my last water heater in 2015, inflation was coming for me. Besides all the work they did, I also bought their membership so something like this wouldn't catch me unprepared. So I have hot water again and no gas explosions. 10/10

Called Staton, once again, because the pipe connected to the
washer was overflowing with water during the final rinse and spin cycle. Before Vince, who was sent from Stanton' arrived at our home, I was presented with both a picture of Vince, and a little info on him. Felt like a knew him before he even arrived at our home. He did an outstanding job using one of Stanton,s coupons to clean out our pipe for $99.00. I was shocked at the reasonableness of this price. Vince was a wonderful man, and Stanton is a wonderful company. They are trustworthy, and they truly cared about us. Thank you, Stanton, for everything!!!

11/18/2025:

Called Staton for a heat pump check-up and found out we had a
faulty starter which could cause major problems down the road. Andrew my Staton technician clearly explained everything to me , but put no pressure on me to get it fixed immediately. I decided to get the job done at a great price. Andrew was awesome. He took care of my problem. He was a very professional, caring individual. I am very pleased with the results. I will not hesitate to call Staton again should I have another problem with my heat pump.

What a wonderful company. I went down into the basement this
morning (7/21/21 - Wednesday) and I found another leak in my
overhead copper piping. I tried to fix it myself, but I made it much
worse. I even had to turn the water off because of water escaping
from the copper pipe. I called Stanton and was greeted by a very
nice caring lady, and W. L. Staton was able to come out in the morning
to fix my leak. Joe and Paul were very nice polite professionals I
immediately took a liking to them . They ended up replacing all the
copper hot water pipes in the basement ceiling for a very
reasonable price. They quoted me the price before they began
the work! (I had many other small leaks in these pipes.) They
did a great job. NO MORE LEAKS!! I will recommend
them to others, and they will be my go to plumbers from

Our HVAC had a leak that we discovered in the wee hours of a hot Sunday morning. We reached out to Staton as they offer 24/7 service and they were able to have someone at our house within just a few hours. Ja'Ron Coates was our service technician. He was fantastic! He was able to quickly and efficiently address the issue and install a solution so that we won't have the problem again. Plus he had us back to cool in no time. While installing a new vanity at my house the drain pipe going into the wall disintegrated in my hand. I quickly called Staton and they were able to come in approximately 2 hrs. They repaired and replaced the damaged. And checked the new vanity and old vanity for leaks. I had purchased the yearly maintenance packet and they also checked my water system and flushed the water heater. Two great technicians. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what they were doing and made suggestions as to what else could be done in the house. Highly recommend Staton for you plumbing and HVAC needs.

We had a great experience with Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They responded quickly and resolved our issue within a few hours. The technician, Malaya, was efficient, professional, and communicative, leading to a quick resolution. She replaced our thermostat and clearly explained the issue.

Reasonably priced, and the service was beyond expectations. I called on Wednesday afternoon, met with Vincent in sales the next day, and I had a new AC and furnace installed on Friday. I’ve heard horror stories of HVAC companies in the past, but the guys at Staton completely changed my outlook. I will never go to another HVAC company as long as I have Staton as an option.

What started out as a customer who felt he was being taken advantage of, turned out to be a customer who gained a tremendous amount of respect and gratitude for Staton Plumbing. They definitely stand behind their service and their technicians.

I called Staton about a toilet leak that caused damage to my basement ceiling. The first technician came and unfortunately misdiagnosed the problem. After he left, the leak continued and got worse. He came back the next day and told me it was another problem and would cost more money. Being upset that I already paid for a repair that did not fix the toilet, I asked the technician to leave.

I made a call and told my story to the supervisor at Staton and without question, he expressed that he understood my situation. I expected that I would pay the difference on a second repair, but because he understood what I had been dealing with and the stress it created, he offered to install a new upgraded toilet for no additional charge.

I am grateful that Staton did the right thing and want to thank them for their integrity and professionalism.

Stephen Stuart and Logan did a fantastic job! Stephen came out yesterday and assessed the issues with my toilets and hot water heater and gave me a reasonable quote. He and Logan came back today, arrived promptly, and efficiently and professionally installed the new equipment. Stephen explained everything before the work started and then walked through all the projects after they were installed. Very knowledgeable and good at explaining things to a non-plumber. This is my second experience with Staton and I will definitely call them again!

Jason was quick and helpful in diagnosing the problem. When we determined the leak was likely not plumbing related (though still a mystery that left us both scratching our heads) he did not charge us, which was greatly appreciated.

Had a supply line leak in a concrete floor. Staton plumbers are the best. They explained everything. The plumber that worked on my house (Joe) was really detailed in his explanation of things and was on time during the survey and the repair work. The price was very good and he worked fast. I was expecting things to take much longer with all the concrete work needed. Not only did they (Joe and Ruffin) fix the leak but they even filled back in the concrete. I didn't have to hire a separate contractor for that. On top of all that, there was no dust from the work filling my house. After the plumbing work I had to have my vents cleaned due to the water from the plumbing leak getting in the duct work. Staton has this service as well. This made my experience much easier not having to hire separate contractors for everything. The hvac techs (Rodney and Danico) were just as good as the plumbers the day before. They showed up on time and were also very professional. They explained what they needed to do and got right to work. They got the foul smell from the stagnant water in the vents out and the house smells fresh again. They did this faster than I expected as well. Statons technicians have overall left me very impressed. I have had many tradesmen working on my house over the years and this is the first time that I've actually been impressed. To make things even better, their customer service is excellent. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone were professional and helpful. They contact you to make sure it's ok to send out their techs even when you have a confirmed appointment time window. This seems small but it's a huge help to prevent you from missing your appointment and also prevents you from feeling like you can't leave the house because the workers may show up at any time. They even called to remind me of additional benefits of services that I purchased so I don't miss out on them and waste money. If you live in their service area, definitely go with Staton.

Matthew is extremely professional. He has an an above and beyond command of the knowledge required for his line of work. He takes time to educate and explain things so you know exactly what he’s fixing and what things to look for in the future. He even takes time to explain the different materials he’s using and the reasons why. He offers several different options as far as cost, and he doesn’t pressure you into any one or the other. He gives you the information you need and then gives you the freedom to make your choice. It is rare for me to have someone of such high standards and such professionalism working here at my house. He is courteous, caring, and an incredible listener. He redid every single thing under my kitchen sink that had been causing me problems for time now. I am over the top pleased with the work he did as well as the state and plumbing company themselves. This is an excellent company and very trustworthy.

My toilet was clogged at 10:30 at night. I called Staton plumbing at 9 o’clock in the morning the next day and they were here by noon. Matt came and couldn’t have been more professional or knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate, he fixed it and It has been working perfectly since. The price was more than fair and they even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working well. It is hard to find a company with such incredible customer satisfaction and knowledge of their trade. I would use them again in a second.

Staton Plumbing and Heating was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I was always able to get ahold of them (despite them having a hard time getting ahold of me - I do apologize for that) and everyone I spoke with was friendly and answered all of my questions. Our technician, Matt McClure, was timely and had great work ethic. He explained everything in detail and gave us three different options for the replacement of our water system that was failing, causing corrosion of our pipes and very high acidic water. All in all it was a seamless process and I highly recommend them and will also be working with them in the future if and when any other problems arise.

Josh snaked the sink drain and the shower drain which shared the same pipe and removed a total of four hairballs. Water flowing nicely again. Recommended an enzyme.based drain product to prevent hairball issues in the future. Great service!!!

Staton is our go-to plumber in Annapolis. The staff is friendly, punctual, and experienced, and all of our projects have been completed quickly and in accordance with estimates. Matt is a great plumber, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and the science behind it.

I would give him more stars if I could. His camaraderie with the team was amazing, I don’t think I’ve seen a team work in sync as much as the gentlemen doing the oil tank removal and HVAC install together.
