A very knowledgeable technician. Polite and courteous and willing to explain everything so I knew what was going to be done. Did an excellent job and left the area clean and tidy. All in all a very good experience and I will recommend W. L. Staton to anyone. Like that the company sends you a picture of the technician coming to do the work. Thought the price for the work was responsible and well explained.
Justin returned to install a new water softener which was an all day job. Again, everything done correctly and with care and explanation. Staton is fortunate to have him as one of their technicians.
