Robert was exceptionally good at explaining the issues we were having with our plumbing. He gave us several options of what needed to be done, what could wait awhile and what we could think about for the future.
He explained the customer care package and how it could benefit us today and in the future.
The work was completed just as he explained it would be and in the time frame too. Finally, Robert pointed out to us what was done and explaining future tune up appointments provided in the customer care package.
