I’m always impressed by the professionalism and knowledge. The technicians clean up as well. Chesapeake may be a little bit more expensive but they come once and do the job right. Being a member helps get you on the priority list. Before the big ice storm, Sean came out did a major repair on an outside spigot. He saved bursting pipes for sure. And saved me money on my water heater replacement by taking the time to notice it was still under warranty. Stanton is a family business and they stand by their work. Jason did a great job. He quickly realized that the sink that was clogged was not the best way to snake out the problem. So he snaked it from the bathroom sink which was immediately behind the kitchen. The clog got cleared and when they were finished they cleaned up and when they left it was as if they were not there. I would definitely use Stanton again.
