Our A/C quit cooling on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of an exceptionally high and long heat wave, even by Maryland standards. I called Monday morning. They were able to send someone out & fix our system by 1:30pm the same day. Steve was personable, pleasant, and patient in explaining all of the options to me, and he worked quickly. My tech Andrew was great. I was not able to be at the house so I had someone else let him in. He took care as he did his assessment not to track mud and dirt into the house. After his assessment he walked me through everything and clearly explained what had to be done now to get the AC system back up and running and what could be scheduled for a future service call. This helped me balance my immediate out of pocket expenses. Andrew then kept me informed and tested the system before he left. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job getting my system back up and running efficiently.
