Warehouse Associate/Parts Driver

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for a warehouse associate and material delivery driver to join our team.

Must have a valid driver’s license, be motivated to learn, have a strong work ethic, pay close attention to detail, be organized, dependable and work well with others. Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs. Will work with parts department in procuring and distributing material for plumbing and HVAC jobs. Will work in detail-oriented and fast paced environment while keeping maintain a clean and safe workspace for all employees.

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a growing 2nd generation family-owned and operated plumbing and HVAC company. We provide all aspects of plumbing, heating and cooling including new construction, renovations, water service, sewer replacements and service work. We also provide HVAC service and installation of new heating and cooling equipment.

Salary is competitive and based on experience.

Their technician Matt K. arrived in an hour and did a great job diagnosing the issue and going over my options for moving forward with a newer water heater. When it came time for the installation, he did an excellent job and everything was done to perfection.

Had pipe leaking inside a wall that was discovered pretty late in the day. Noah was our repair person. He was super friendly, found the problem quickly and was able to make a same day repair even though it was pretty late in the evening. This company's communication is always excellent, and they and Noah kept me informed at every step.

A picture hanging above our toilet fell and knocked the valve for the toilet off the wall which created a gusher of water. We turned off our water to stop the damage and are grateful that Statin showed an hour and a half later and completely repaired our issue.

Sam Northup is the consummate professional. His displayed skill and workmanship gave me a new appreciation for the plumbing craft. He brought a creative solution to the problem of relocating the plumbing for a 1/2 bathroom vanity renovation. I knew from the moment he placed his shoe protectors on and engaged with his friendly, informative style that he was one of the best in the trade. He was clear, patient, listened to what I needed, and then proceeded to intelligently explain options. His approach was welcome and extremely rare in my experience with plumbers. My neighbor had a gas leak that caused me and my other attached neighbors serious problems. Once the gas leak was found and BGE turned the gas off, the emergency was over. Until I had my gas turned back on and my water heater said not today. I have a company I usually call, but decided to get another quote from Staton since they could come out the next morning.
Matt came out and did a thorough examination, walked me through all of my options. Everything he said made sense but the deciding factor was that they could start the very next day.
Staton kept me updated the whole process. Matt came the next morning with help and replaced/upgraded my water heater, replaced my 20yr old water basin, and re-piped some areas to make it more efficient. All this in about 6 hours. Matt was awesome and was great with my dogs.
Now was this work cheap, absolutely not. But considering I bought my last water heater in 2015, inflation was coming for me. Besides all the work they did, I also bought their membership so something like this wouldn't catch me unprepared. So I have hot water again and no gas explosions. 10/10
