The main advantage is that they eliminate the extra cost of keeping 40-50 gallons of water hot in a storage tank, so you waste less energy. Electric tankless water heaters are designed according to the amount of hot water required at peak use times. The water heater has a series of heating elements that are activated based on the demand. As water demand increases more elements are activated. This is different from an electric tank water heater where the elements are never on at the same time. He is doing a good job. However some nots he tried to remove from the water tank of the toilet couldn’t come out from the water tank. When he decided to leave it and rebuild the other parts, the one he had tried to remove and did not had moved a little and water started leaking from there. We held the work and I have bought a new toilet to be put in on an agreed day.
