Tankless water heaters heat water only when you turn on the faucet. They usually operate on natural gas, propane or electricity. The main advantage is that they eliminate the extra cost of keeping 40-50 gallons of water hot in a storage tank, so you waste less energy. Electric tankless water heaters are designed according to the amount of hot water required at peak use times. The water heater has a series of heating elements that are activated based on the demand. As water demand increases more elements are activated. This is different from an electric tank water heater where the elements are never on at the same time. Gas tankless water heaters operate by heating the water as it passes through the natural gas or propane heat exchanger. From the online scheduling, then Steve the technician that came out to see about the repair of our furnace everything was good. Unfortunately we got the bad news that our furnace had to be replaced. Then Derick came out to give us an estimate for the furnace replacement. Stanton really worked with us and made this purchase an easy decision. We were scheduled for a next day Saturday install. Justin came out, he didn’t have a problem with me observing him while he did his job. After he was finished, he gave us a great overview of our new furnace and all the features of it.
