Tim was excellent! He explained everything that he checked while doing Fall HVAC maintenance, including 27 detailed pictures inside and outside the unit. All of the measurements were shown and were in range.

I calledStaton because I had a toilet that was flushing on its own. Joe came and examined my toilet and let me know exactly what was going on with it.
