As a property mgr. having issues addressed quickly is a must- especially when it comes to water leaks. Scotty, who schedules appointments was able to overcome the tenants limited availability, without the need to reschedule.
Master Plumber Jeff’s experience prevented the need to cut open walls/ ceilings in determining the source of water leak- saving the property owner money, the tenants a mess to deal with, and saving me- headaches:)

Our AC compressor quit on us in the middle of the night with a 90+ degree day coming. Called Staton at 7:30am on a Saturday and they had someone at our house by 10:30 for only a standard service call charge. Professional, helpful and affordable. Had us back online in no time. 5 stars all the way!

Grace, Jeff, Allen and Scott were amazing. We had an issue with our hot water heater and well pump. I can’t say enough about how quickly Staton responded, the care they took in the work they did, and their customer service. We have used other big companies in the area and they don’t compare to Staton. They have a customer for life now. Too bad they don’t do electric bc then they could handle all of the maintenance in the house.

Even though Chris wasn’t able to complete the job because we didn’t have the right parts, I was still incredibly impressed with his professionalism and attitude. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the situation, and clearly explained what was needed without any pressure.
