Joseph provided excellent service. He located and repaired a leak behind drywall in our bathroom. We had shut off the water the previous day, and he was able to fix the issue on a Sunday. The Staton team was amazing to work with on the replacement of my HVAC system. I had contact with a number of people on their team and had a great experience across the board.
They came out quickly the same day when I called about a repair, but as the system was considerably old, they provided some options the same day for replacement of the system plus converting from oil furnace to heat pump. Sales rep (Mike) clearly explained the system options which was helpful as I had little/no knowledge of HVACs.
Rodney, Will, and Justin did an incredible job with the install.
I had questions after the job, and the Staton team was quick to respond back and answer my questions and handle requests.
I will use Staton for all HVAC work in the future and strongly recommend to others.
