Update: We just had Stiven in for our bi-annual maintenance on our 2 new HVAC systems and 2 older systems. One of our older systems was not running and we were unaware of it. He did such an amazing job documenting every piece of our system that needed repairs. I was so impressed with his level of detail and time that he took to explain what was going on and why it was not running and how we could fix it and help prevent future issues. Stiven did not rush to get the job done. I really appreciate that he took his time to do the job correctly.

Staton’s process for the installation of a mini-split system was first-rate from the initial consultation with their mini-split expert (Vinny) and Will Staton through installation. The installation was scheduled for 2 days after placing the order! A very special callout to Justin the lead tech for the installation.
