Staton, and another Steve, were there for me again! My hot water heater went out on me unexpectedly, and started leaking. Was hearing a noise in the bathroom wall and then saw water dripping. Also, could not turn the main water valve off, so of course I wanted to get someone asap. When I called Staton they were able to send someone out immediately. Matt came and he knew exactly what was wrong. I also asked about making it easier to turn the main water off.
