He is doing a good job. However some nots he tried to remove from the water tank of the toilet couldn’t come out from the water tank. When he decided to leave it and rebuild the other parts, the one he had tried to remove and did not had moved a little and water started leaking from there. We held the work and I have bought a new toilet to be put in on an agreed day.

UPDATE 12/12/25 - Rodney P. just finished installing a new humidifier for us. I can't say enough about how efficient, professional and personable he is.
