Sam was outstanding and handled all my plumbing needs! He took the time to make sure the job was done right and didn’t rush a single step. He went through all the plumbing in my home, explained what to look out for, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before he left. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole visit. Truly just a nice and genuine guy. Highly recommend Sam for anyone needing quality, trustworthy service!

From the first to the third call these ladies were genuinely helpful and patient. Vince came out listened to the story of loosing water on a freezing morning. He spent the afternoon here replacing our well pump in the cold. Hard work greatly appreciated. Thank you Happy Holidays

Tony and his team were very courteous and cleaned up afterwards and then Tony walked me through the thermostat.. They did a complete air and heat installation..

Tim did a wonderful job explaining everything in detail while showing me pics when working with my HVAC system.

I discovered a leak in my pipes behind the wall. I called Staton and they came out right away. Wes came to the house and was able to locate the leak (we did lose some drywall as expected) and fixed it in a day. Wes’ experience showed-he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and has a great sense of humor. Next time we use Staton we will be requesting him.

The team was absolutely amazing ! Rodney, William, and Derick provided me with all of the support I needed and went above and beyond to give me service. They installed an entire new unit and walked me through things step by step ! This teams service is unparalleled !

Jason was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. He gave me all the details and estimates I needed to make an informed decision about the work I wanted to have done. He was also very kind and patient with my son who spent a good chunk of time asking him questions and telling him his life story. The communication prior to Jason’s arrival was also excellent and all the customer service reps I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I got estimates for multiple plumbing jobs, but only had Jason disconnect my oven and cap the gas line on this occasion. That job cost $488 and I will say that when I checked the prices later for how much that job typically costs, this amount was high, which is why I took off a star. Overall, I’d give service 5 stars, cost 3-4 stars.

Tim is very knowledgeable and immediately put my mind at ease for knowing that he was a great technician. He explained some of the more potential issues that may arise on my 2009 upstairs unit. I understand the implications of maintaining my older system. I do not have the resources to replace the older unit at this time. I appreciate Tim’s willingness to help me.
