Update: company chosen, HVAC installed a week ago, and well done. Extreme care was given to protecting surfaces, walls, flooring, in relatively small condo. In addition, Rodney fixed a very old I’ll fitting bifold door removed for installment. Enjoying a much more energy efficient system.

He offered to check other plumbing concerns, found one problematic, and included in estimates He chose the appropriate fixtures, first asking for my input and approval; his esthetic advice was spot on.

Frank was the consummate professional. He diagnosed the problem and solved two water issues- a clogged double kitchen sink and a overflow pipe. Great job, left the home clean and provided a good education on future preventative care to diminish further clogs. Highly recommend Frank and WL Staton.
