Tim C. did an excellent job servicing our heat pumps in both a thorough and detailed manner. He had a very positive and friendly attitude. Furthermore he was honest about the performance and cleanliness of the equipment (which were both "excellent" - stemming from the original installation and regular servicing they have performed). Highly recommend Staton for their upfront communication about appointments (always on time, easy scheduling), high-quality services and top-notch technicians that seem to really like the company they work for and services they provide to customers. Tony and Jorge did a good job with their 5 1/2 visit today from 10am to 3:30pm while
servicing our new heating and air system which they informed us of how to use it and how the system functions as well as where the equipment was for it to function properly. They were very friendly and caring.They communicated via text of there arriiving soon status as well as details about themselves to familiarize us with them before their arrival to include their tenure of experience in their fields of service provided today to us in our house.
