My first call was a water filtration system and they sent out Mike. He was awesome. He told me the same things the others did but went into more detail. I joined their membership plan because you always need a plumber and I have peace of mind with Staton.

Sam was extremely thorough and professional. He walked us through what he would do and then discussed what he found and potential remedies. Had questions about other side jobs and he explained what could be a possible remedy - seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
