Lead HVAC Technician
If you are an experienced install HVAC technician who takes pride in their work, we want you to work with us! Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been in business for over 37 years and we are looking for rock stars to grow with our company. We are a 2nd generation family-owned and operated plumbing, heating & cooling company and we are adding new technicians to our team. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience with new installations, replacements and repairs. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, possess a great work ethic and a clean driving record. Salary is based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance. 401K with company match. Paid holidays, sick leave and vacation.
We are ideally looking for a professional, career-driven install technician who can also run service calls when not installing equipment. This position is for both commercial and residential applications.
Skills Required

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management on what is needed to complete install work assigned
- Coordinate with vendors if necessary
- Meet expected completion timelines
- Run service calls if not installing equipment
- Installation of all residential conventional equipment
- Mini-split installation
A company vehicle, gas card, cell phone and tablet will be provided.

Josh did an amazing job switching out our very large electric hot water heater with a new gas-fueled tankless system. He had to vent through the side of the house, attach an acid neutralization filter and run-off, extend the gas line and build a wall to mount it all. The result was a beautifully organized system that works efficiently throughout the house. Josh was professional and communicated well before, during and after the installation. He took pride in the installation and we are really happy with the result. Highly recommend Josh and Staton!

Mr. Fanning was very good. Professional. Patient.
He was at my home on April 13th. He called ahead to confirm my appointment and the reason for the repair visit. Mr. Fanning gave me an arrival time update, and he arrived on time.
He snaked the drain pipe that is connected from the outside into the kitchen under the sink. He replaced the PVC pipe P trap and tail piece that is connected to that drain pipe. This resolved the problem of the water standing in my sink and very slowly draining. This also resolved a leak at connection between the sink drain and the P trap.
Upon completion of the work, Mr. Fanning told me to call Staton if there’s any problem with the repair he completed. Staton service has a one year warranty and they will return to fix the problem free of charge.
It’s been 6 days since he completed the repair. The water drains from the sink immediately and there have been no leaks.

Ja’Ron was very thorough and respectful. He checked my AC System and couldn’t find any significant issues that needed to be addressed at the present time. Of course my system didn’t make the noise I called them for. I would definitely recommend Ja’Ron for any future issues I may have!
