Lead HVAC Technician

If you are an experienced install HVAC technician who takes pride in their work, we want you to work with us! Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been in business for over 37 years and we are looking for rock stars to grow with our company. We are a 2^nd generation family-owned and operated plumbing, heating & cooling company and we are adding new technicians to our team. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience with new installations, replacements and repairs. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, possess a great work ethic and a clean driving record. Salary is based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance. 401K with company match. Paid holidays, sick leave and vacation.

We are ideally looking for a professional, career-driven install technician who can also run service calls when not installing equipment. This position is for both commercial and residential applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management on what is needed to complete install work assigned
• Coordinate with vendors if necessary
• Meet expected completion timelines
• Run service calls if not installing equipment
• Installation of all residential conventional equipment
• Mini-split installation

A company vehicle, gas card, cell phone and tablet will be provided.
