I cannot be more thankful. Chip, Carl and George battled bitter cold, snow, ice and a very stubborn condenser that was frozen solid to the pad to install a new HVAC system in our house to ensure we had heat with the incoming deep freeze. All options to remove the condenser were utilized. Staton, and another Steve, were there for me again! My hot water heater went out on me unexpectedly, and started leaking. I called Slaton and they sent Steven (Shell) out to me same day, before the expected snowstorm. He diagnosed the issue, installed a NEW water heater, and got us back up and running within hours. It would have been a rough few days in the house under the snow without Slaton. Thanks again!
