I discovered a leak in my pipes behind the wall. I called Staton and they came out right away. Wes came to the house and was able to locate the leak (we did lose some drywall as expected) and fixed it in a day. Jason was extremely friendly, efficient, and professional. He gave me all the details and estimates I needed to make an informed decision about the work I wanted to have done. He was also very kind and patient with my son who spent a good chunk of time asking him questions and telling him his life story. The communication prior to Jason’s arrival was also excellent and all the customer service reps I spoke to were very helpful and friendly.
I got estimates for multiple plumbing jobs, but only had Jason disconnect my oven and cap the gas line on this occasion. That job cost $488 and I will say that when I checked the prices later for how much that job typically costs, this amount was high, which is why I took off a star. Overall, I’d give service 5 stars, cost 3-4 stars.
