The technician that came out to perform our membership maintenance for the season was Tim. He was very respectful, thorough, and professional. We have been using Staton for several years and always have a great experience. Tim inspected both of our units and provided information as he worked. Jordan, west and Sam were amazing they got it done nicely and efficiently. They were friendly and respectful, I would like if they would come and do it again. I thought it was going to be a lot more money but it was only 4,000-5,000$
