Staton provided excellent service throughout the entire process of upgrading our HVAC system. From the initial diagnostic visit to getting an estimate on multiple recommended options, Steve and Vincent were excellent. They took the time to walk us through all of our options and answered all of our questions, and helped us feel confident in the decision we made. Less than 24 hours after deciding on a system, the new system was installed. Rodney showed up earlier than expected the next day for installation and went above and beyond. He didn't just install our system, but upgraded and rereouted some lines just to make things easier and cleaner. Everyone was incredibly professional and helpful, and our new system is fantastic.
