Well Water System

Best plumbing experience ever. Christine and Amanda were friendly and helpful with scheduling and confirming the appointment. Brandon was absolutely excellent! He did a fantastic job of diagnosing a mystery leak. He was professional, very knowledgable and a true pleasure to have in my dad's home. He was easy to talk to and understand when he explained the issue and how to fix it. He kept us informed and explained the pricing options. He was efficient with the work and double checked everything worked when he finished and the work areas were clean when he left. I'm incredibly thankful to have experienced Staton's wonderful service and staff!

This was my first experience with Staton and with Grace and it was great! Grace is wonderful, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the problem and what needed to be done. The process was complicated and drawn out because the water company had to be involved, but Grace was there throughout the process, keeping me updated and getting the job done. I’m very happy with the work she did and hope to see her again when I have my hot water heater replaced.

Our water heater started leaking out of nowhere possibly earlier in the day, but my husband found it around 8pm. I called multiple plumbing companies and as it was after hours, I had to wait until the next day. We had a fast leak that I babysat all night as to not flood our laundry room and cause damage. Staton called first thing in the morning around 6:30am. Tracy was amazing, provided me with details and gave me a time window. Vince was at my door by 9am. He quickly inspected the unit and determined the cause of failure and advised that we needed a new water heater. He presented several options in lieu of replacement as well. I was informed of cost, coupons, and payment options. Vince was patient while my husband and I deliberated. We elected to go with full replacement along with the service package to extend the warranty. Vince was respectful of my home and was thorough in the installation and subsequent validation of the new water heater. I appreciate this company's follow through and professionalism.

I had one team working on a sewer line repair while another tied in a rough-in for a sink, removed my old water heater to prepare for replacement, and then also helped me with a separate, sudden issue with my kitchen sink. Staton has been awesome - communicative, professional, and patient as I coordinated with other (non-plumbing) work being done.

Very pleased with my entire Staton experience. Their technicians are knowledgeable, straightforward, honest and professional. They are there to walk you through all the options and discuss each one, making sure you understand your choices. Having to get a new AC unit was an unexpected situation but they made the process easy, they were transparent with options and it was installed with ease and they showed me everything and explained what they did. Robert and Logan were great! They installed a new state-of-the-art hot water heater and a utility tub. Robert explained everything and provided troubleshooting suggestions for a flawless plumbing experience. We are very happy with WL Staton for providing us with an expert in his field. They will be our first choice in plumbing and HVAC needs! Review #2: Robert came back today to install a new pressure tank. He was (again) professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We are new to the area and could not be more pleased with all our services( new hot water heater, new utility sink and now a pressure tank).
