If you are not fully satisfied, we will return at no charge and correct the situation. If for any reason, we cannot correct the issue we will refund your money. Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing backs all of our installations with a Lifetime Workmanship Guranatee. Because of the attention to detail and quality materials used, we can confidently include this guarantee on every install. It includes:
  • Any copper line set we installed
  • Ductwork installed by us
  • System stands or plaforms
  • Venting
  • Condensate drain lines
  • Emergency drain pans
  • Low voltage wiring ran by us

Labor Warranty For New Installations

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provides a labor warranty on every system we install. The labor warranties range from one year to ten years depending on the system purchased. Combined with the manufacturer’s parts warranty this provides complete warranty coverage during the labor warranty duration. (Regular annual maintenance is required to maintain the warranty at an additional cost if not included with system purchase.)

No Lemon Guarantee

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing guarantees you will not get a lemon. If your system has a major issue such as compressor failure or multiple repair issues in the first 90 days after installation, we will replace the system and not just replace the parts.

Best Value Guarantee

With our quality equipment, thorough installation process, included warranties, accessories, and maintenance, at Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing we guarantee you will get more for less. If you do a competitor’s comparative quote for less, we will beat it by at least $400.

Performance Guarantee

When you purchase the recommended system from Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing we guarantee the efficiency and performance of that system. Depending on the purchased system, this includes energy savings up to 20%, proper heating and cooling, and balanced air flow throughout your home.

We had our 26 year old A/C system - 3 zones - completely removed and replaced with a new Bosch system. The team of technicians who did this big job consisted of Jonathan, Rey and Jake. They were OUTSTANDING! Way above five stars. Cheerful, polite, considerate of our home, and VERY hard working! Can’t say enough about the superb work they did.
Staton was also top notch - they evaluated the issue on Monday and had the whole BIG job done by Thursday noon. Very good communication as well. You should check with Staton before contracting with anyone else.

Stephen Stuart is awesome! He replaced my faulty main water valve and relocated it to a spot where it was easier to shut off & turn back on. On 6/1/3026 he installed a new water heater & I expressed my concerns about the main shutoff valve. That’s when he informed me on how he could fix it and the coordination that would be needed with my Condo Association to get the building water shutdown to do that work. I am very pleased that my new main water valve is now accessible and easily turning off and back on. A prior owner had painted it stuck.
