From calling to make the appointment, to the follow-up confirmations, then the amazing pre-visit communication with the technician's name, picture and info, it was an amazing experience. Then, Joe Breig showed up and was as professional and nice as possible. He talked me through everything, made all options and costs clear and did a thorough job of making sure everything was good to go before he left. Great communication, customer service and actual plumbing work! I just happened to come across Staton via a Google search. Believe the reviews! This was white glove service and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
