Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing backs all of our installations with a Lifetime Workmanship Guranatee. Because of the attention to detail and quality materials used, we can confidently include this guarantee on every install. It includes:
  • Any copper line set we installed
  • Ductwork installed by us
  • System stands or plaforms
  • Venting
  • Condensate drain lines
  • Emergency drain pans
  • Low voltage wiring ran by us

Labor Warranty For New Installations

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provides a labor warranty on every system we install. The labor warranties range from one year to ten years depending on the system purchased. Combined with the manufacturer’s parts warranty this provides complete warranty coverage during the labor warranty duration. (Regular annual maintenance is required to maintain the warranty at an additional cost if not included with system purchase.)

No Lemon Guarantee

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing guarantees you will not get a lemon. If your system has a major issue such as compressor failure or multiple repair issues in the first 90 days after installation, we will replace the system and not just replace the parts.

Robert was exceptionally good at explaining the issues we were having with our plumbing. He gave us several options of what needed to be done, what could wait awhile and what we could think about for the future. He explained the customer care package and how it could benefit us today and in the future. The work was completed just as he explained it would be and in the time frame too.
