Staton Plumbing and Heating was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I was always able to get ahold of them (despite them having a hard time getting ahold of me - I do apologize for that) and everyone I spoke with was friendly and answered all of my questions. Our technician, Matt McClure, was timely and had great work ethic. He explained everything in detail and gave us three different options for the replacement of our water system that was failing, causing corrosion of our pipes and very high acidic water. All in all it was a seamless process and I highly recommend them and will also be working with them in the future if and when any other problems arise.

Excellent service. Had an issue on a hot summer Sunday and a technician came out within an hour of my call and addressed everything immediately.

Josh snaked the sink drain and the shower drain which shared the same pipe and removed a total of four hairballs. Water flowing nicely again. Recommended an enzyme.based drain product to prevent hairball issues in the future. Great service!!!

Sam was onsite promptly to evaluate our plumbing needs and followed up with the timely replacement of our water heater. We were pleased with the excellent service he provided and will not hesitate to call on Staton for our future heating, cooling and plumbing services.

Everyone at Staton has been great to work with. Marquis initially came to troubleshoot our issues. Tim, came over the same day to review our situation and discuss our options. Finally Taylor and Jake came over a few days later to do our installation. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and got us back to being comfortable by early afternoon on installation day. I highly recommend using this company.

Started this journey with Mike, then Jorge and Kevin did the install.. excellent customer service.. there was lateness, due to commitment to complete another job.. enjoying cool air again and loving my Staton experience.. thanks👏👏
