If you are not fully satisfied, we will return at no charge and correct the situation. If for any reason, we cannot correct the issue we will refund your money. Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provides a labor warranty on every system we install. The labor warranties range from one year to ten years depending on the system purchased. Combined with the manufacturer’s parts warranty this provides complete warranty coverage during the labor warranty duration. (Regular annual maintenance is required to maintain the warranty at an additional cost if not included with system purchase.)

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing guarantees you will not get a lemon. If your system has a major issue such as compressor failure or multiple repair issues in the first 90 days after installation, we will replace the system and not just replace the parts.
