Labor Warranty For New Installations
Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provides a labor warranty on every system we install. The labor warranties range from one year to ten years depending on the system purchased. Combined with the manufacturer’s parts warranty this provides complete warranty coverage during the labor warranty duration. (Regular annual maintenance is required to maintain the warranty at an additional cost if not included with system purchase.)
No Lemon Guarantee
Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing guarantees you will not get a lemon. If your system has a major issue such as compressor failure or multiple repair issues in the first 90 days after installation, we will replace the system and not just replace the parts.

Had issues with well and pump system. Called several companies that advertise 'call day or night' for immediate service. Not one answered the phone. Finally found Staton. Although not able to come immediately they did promise service early the next day. The tech (Joe) was at my door very early. I explained to him the issues I was having. He gave it some thought and proposed some solutions. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why. Great work by Steven - not only did he repair the leaking copper pipe we called him out to fix, but his thorough inspection following repairs identified another leak in a different area that we hadn’t previously noticed. He came out and made the additional repairs the very next day.
