Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing backs all of our installations with a Lifetime Workmanship Guranatee. Because of the attention to detail and quality materials used, we can confidently include this guarantee on every install. It includes:
  • Any copper line set we installed
  • Ductwork installed by us
  • System stands or plaforms
  • Venting
  • Condensate drain lines
  • Emergency drain pans
  • Low voltage wiring ran by us

Labor Warranty For New Installations

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provides a labor warranty on every system we install. The labor warranties range from one year to ten years depending on the system purchased. Combined with the manufacturer’s parts warranty this provides complete warranty coverage during the labor warranty duration. (Regular annual maintenance is required to maintain the warranty at an additional cost if not included with system purchase.)

No Lemon Guarantee

Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing guarantees you will not get a lemon. If your system has a major issue such as compressor failure or multiple repair issues in the first 90 days after installation, we will replace the system and not just replace the parts.

Performance Guarantee

When you purchase the recommended system from Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing we guarantee the efficiency and performance of that system. Depending on the purchased system, this includes energy savings up to 20%, proper heating and cooling, and balanced air flow throughout your home.

Matt is a very knowledgeable plumber. We had two holes in the copper pipe connecting the first floor bathrooms to the septic outlet. He recommended replacing all the copper connecting pipes, house is over 60 years old and these were original. He did a very professional job and cleaned up after himself.

My technician Joe F. was great! I couldn't recommend him more. We had a clog in our toilet due to our toddler and he got it fixed quickly and did an excellent job. Now it's working better than before. I will definitely be using Staton and requesting him I the future!

Great Service, I highly recommend them. Jonathan, Jake, and Ty were fantastic in putting in our new heat pump/air handler and removing the old system. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Would have them work on my HVAC any time. Mike and Steve who inspected the system and made recommendations were also great!
