Had issues with well and pump system. Called several companies that advertise 'call day or night' for immediate service. Not one answered the phone. Finally found Staton. Although not able to come immediately they did promise service early the next day. The tech (Joe) was at my door very early. I explained to him the issues I was having. He gave it some thought and proposed some solutions. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and why.
