Once again, Staton Plumbing and heating you have sent another caring technician. Plumber Josh Starlings came out to check two major issues. One issue required immediate attention and the other I decided to wait until I had my thorough inspection with Staton. Afterwards, I explained to Josh that I had some concerns about the pipes that were running throughout the home. Josh immediately agreed to check the crawl space to give the pipes a check. While checking it was discovered that there was water running that could not be explained without further investigation. I really appreciate that Josh took his time to listen and check to see where the water was coming from. Josh treated the situation with care.
