Dishwasher Installation

I cannot be more thankful. Chip, Carl and George battled bitter cold, snow, ice and a very stubborn condenser that was frozen solid to the pad to install a new HVAC system in our house to ensure we had heat with the incoming deep freeze. All options to remove the condenser were utilized. The team were respectful and accommodating throughout the ordeal and kept a good sense of humor even during moving the new unit into place through the uncertain footing. Carl walked me through the unit’s operation and made sure I was pleased with everything before leaving for his next call.

Mike and Josh did a great job getting a new water heater installed the same day. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous! The back office and dispatch team were also superb. My go to now for home maintenance projects Maureen

The technician Andrew is a very nice. He did a good job. Thank you so much.its expensive but there is 12 inches of snow ice outside and no heat in my house. And he literally came in and fixed it change the part , and he being very honest , Professional I would say it worth it. Thank you again, happy customer😊

Had a main drain backup the day before the snowstorm. Got an immediate response. Communication was excellent. Matt Kramer is an outstanding diagnostician, knowledgeable, professional and thorough and did an incredible job identifying the issue and fixing the problem.

Steve came out in the snow. Our driveway was clear but our street wasn't so nice to him. But, he didn't give up he worked with my family to get the job done. Very pleased with his attitude and performance.

Our heat stopped working right before the storm. Josh showed up on time and got us heat before big storm. Thank you!!! highly recommend.

Staton, and another Steve, were there for me again! My hot water heater went out on me unexpectedly, and started leaking. I called Slaton and they sent Steven (Shell) out to me same day, before the expected snowstorm. He diagnosed the issue, installed a NEW water heater, and got us back up and running within hours. It would have been a rough few days in the house under the snow without Slaton. Thanks again!

My experience with Mr. Dalton, was exceptional he arrived at my home and started working immediately on the problem. He was able to figure out the leakage in the basement within 30 minutes from his arrival time. Note: Keep up the great work.
