Jeff from Staton was awesome! So knowledgeable when I had a leak that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He was able to come out the same day I called and come fix it two days later! Staton called to remind us if our annual system inspection, and sent Tim Chin out the next day to ensure our HVAC system was working well. Tim did a great job, very personable, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it throughout the visit. He even suggested some preventative things we might want to consider, without being pushy about it. We will definitely ask for him the next time we need a plumber. A 5 star service call!
