Once again, Staton Plumbing and heating you have sent another caring technician. Plumber Josh Starlings came out to check two major issues. One issue required immediate attention and the other I decided to wait until I had my thorough inspection with Staton. Afterwards, I explained to Josh that I had some concerns about the pipes that were running throughout the home. Josh immediately agreed to check the crawl space to give the pipes a check. While checking it was discovered that there was water running that could not be explained without further investigation. I really appreciate that Josh took his time to listen and check to see where the water was coming from. Josh treated the situation with care. He explained everything that was taking place as well as provided me with photos of the issue. Josh was able to take care of the problem to my satisfaction.
