Had a last minute emergency with my older water heater so I called Staton. Their technician Matt K. arrived in an hour and did a great job diagnosing the issue and going over my options for moving forward with a newer water heater. When it came time for the installation, he did an excellent job and everything was done to perfection.
I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward Matt was throughout the whole process. It’s not often you get someone who actually takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand what’s being done.
