Staton Heating, Cooling, Plumbing serves homeowners throughout Glen Burnie, Maryland with local HVAC and plumbing service. Glen Burnie has one of the more practical housing mixes in Anne Arundel County, with older single-family homes, Cape Cods, ranchers, split-levels, townhomes, duplexes, and renovated properties spread across dense residential streets and major commuter corridors.

Many homes in Glen Burnie have been updated over time rather than rebuilt from the ground up. That can leave homeowners working with older plumbing lines, replacement HVAC equipment, compact utility spaces, finished basements, aging ductwork, and home systems that carry steady daily use.

Staton provides heating, cooling, plumbing, and home comfort service for Glen Burnie homeowners who need dependable help close to home. Local Support for Glen Burnie Homes

Glen Burnie homes often reflect decades of repairs, additions, renovations, and changing household needs. A house may have an updated kitchen, a finished lower level, or newer HVAC equipment while still depending on older drains, tight utility access, or ductwork from a different era.

The area’s density also matters. In townhomes, duplexes, rentals, and busy single-family homes, plumbing fixtures, drains, water heaters, heating equipment, and cooling systems often see heavier use than the home’s size might suggest.

Staton serves Glen Burnie homeowners with HVAC and plumbing support shaped by older neighborhoods, commuter routines, compact mechanical spaces, and high-use household systems. Whether the home is older, recently updated, rented, or owner-occupied, the service needs in Glen Burnie often come down to reliability, access, and practical repairs that fit the way the home is used.

Outstanding service. Technicians were prompt; called ahead of arrival. I received a call the day before to confirm they had the correct address, phone number and time of arrival. I was impressed by that extra effort to ensure they had the correct information for the service call. I was very pleased with the efforts made by the technicians to ensure everything was working properly before they left and that I knew how the new thermostat works; explained how my heat pump works in very low temps; were able to answer clearly all my questions. Entered my home using appropriate Covid protocol and booted their shoes to protect my carpet, which I appreciated. Very personable and polite as well as professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who may need the services they provide.

I’m very pleased with the plumbing job done by Robert Moyer today (Staton Plumbing). He came out Saturday and did a complete check of the basements and bathrooms. He addressed the leaking pipe in the basement. He returned today to do the repair. He was very courteous and professional and completed the repair in a good time frame. He patiently explained what he was going to do and resolve the issue. Compliments to your company. I would highly recommend Mr. Moyer to take care of your plumbing issues. Thank you, Robert.
