If you are a quality, licensed plumber who takes pride in their work, we want you to work with us! Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been in business for over 37 years and we are looking for rock stars to grow with our company. We are a 2nd generation family-owned and operated plumbing, heating & cooling company and we are adding new technicians to our team. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience with installations, replacements and renovations. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, possess a great work ethic and a clean driving record. Salary is based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance. 401K with company match. Paid holidays, sick leave and vacation.

We reached out W.L. Stanton for some problems with our ejector pump and they were very responsive. The team did an awesome job replacing a unit that had been there for 30+ years. They were extra careful to make sure that the work area and the rest of our home wasn’t impacted by what can often be a very “dirty job.” Greatly appreciated their promptness and transparency on cost.

A very knowledgeable technician. Polite and courteous and willing to explain everything so I knew what was going to be done. Did an excellent job and left the area clean and tidy. All in all a very good experience and I will recommend W. L. Staton to anyone. Like that the company sends you a picture of the technician coming to do the work. Thought the price for the work was responsible and well explained.
Justin returned to install a new water softener which was an all day job. Again, everything done correctly and with care and explanation. Staton is fortunate to have him as one of their technicians. Justin takes his job very seriously and does excellent work. The company is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
