Not only did he fix the problem but also made our kitchen sink look and work better by installing the new faucet on this visit instead of coming back on the 9th as was previously scheduled. I had a new HVAC installed by Staton about 2 weeks ago. I was impressed by them throughout the whole process. The initial assessment was explained clearly to me. They worked with my schedule throughout. They also made sure everything was working properly before they declared completion. Had they not done so, they would not have found out the new unit was defective under the normal operation and they replaced it again right away. With all unexpected events, everything was completed professionally and in a reasonable time frame.

We had an issue with a broker sewage pump in the basement on a Saturday morning. Called Staton and my technician, Joe Fanning was here in less than 30 minutes. We were extremely happy with Joe’s professionalism and can do work ethic. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained all our options. Now things are working well and the bad smell is starting to dissipate. We wholeheartedly recommend Staton for all plumbing issues.
