Cristian was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was very thorough in his inspection of our gas furnace, and also in explaining to me its current condition and the ignition part that he recommended be replaced.
When Christian and I first went down to the basement we noticed there was some water on the floor. He located a small leak in an old copper pipe. He then contacted his office and arranged for a plumber to come out later today to fix it. I am so grateful he was here today!
