My experience as always great ! Tech came the day of repair. Joe was great he knew exactly what the issue was with my toilet. Thank you Staton for all you do !

I want to say what an excellent experience working with Matt Kramer. He did a fantastic job from start to finish and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His service was incredibly efficient, and everything was completed in a timely manner without cutting any corners. What really stood out was how thorough he was in explaining every step of the work he was going to do with my hot water heater. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening, why it was necessary, and what to expect, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that Matt takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing top-quality service. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and knowledgeable help. Five stars all the way!

He was on time, courteous, and explained what he was checking along the way for our first HVAC check-up with Staton (the geek in me liked that). He even pointed out items affecting the efficiency of the overall unit. Staton consistently delivers high quality service. I called and within 24 hours has a technician onsite to address the issue.
