Outstanding service. Technicians were prompt; called ahead of arrival. I received a call the day before to confirm they had the correct address, phone number and time of arrival. I was impressed by that extra effort to ensure they had the correct information for the service call. I was very pleased with the efforts made by the technicians to ensure everything was working properly before they left and that I knew how the new thermostat works; explained how my heat pump works in very low temps; were able to answer clearly all my questions. Entered my home using appropriate Covid protocol and booted their shoes to protect my carpet, which I appreciated. Very personable and polite as well as professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who may need the services they provide.

I’m very pleased with the plumbing job done by Robert Moyer today (Staton Plumbing). He came out Saturday and did a complete check of the basements and bathrooms. He addressed the leaking pipe in the basement. He returned today to do the repair. He was very courteous and professional and completed the repair in a good time frame.
