We called the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they were here at 1:30. Steven did a thorough job looking at our system. We were most impressed with his review of what he did (which included pictures). Stiven L. is a very thorough and professional young gentleman. He is also very patient. He walked us through the repair that he performed and the additional maintenance items he completed.
He also took the time to bring to our attention and explain other anticipated issues that will need to be addressed to maintain our HVAC system; Our previous company was not as detail-oriented.
Based on our interaction from just one visit from Stiven, we decided to change our maintenance plan to Staton.
