He is doing a good job. However some nots he tried to remove from the water tank of the toilet couldn’t come out from the water tank. When he decided to leave it and rebuild the other parts, the one he had tried to remove and did not had moved a little and water started leaking from there. We held the work and I have bought a new toilet to be put in on an agreed day.

Joe did a great job fixing our kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal. Walked us thru all the issues and work to be done. Gave us several options for pricing.

They were able to communicate effectively with me to ensure things were completely, even while being away at work.

Had a high water bill and Staton came out the very next day and diagnosed a water main failure. Big job but it was done quickly and professionally. Many thanks.

UPDATE 12/12/25 - Rodney P. just finished installing a new humidifier for us. I can't say enough about how efficient, professional and personable he is. The end product/result was very clean and professional. We can already feel the difference with how comfortable the indoor air feels. Tim C. did an excellent job servicing our heat pumps in both a thorough and detailed manner. He had a very positive and friendly attitude. Furthermore he was honest about the performance and cleanliness of the equipment (which were both "excellent" - stemming from the original installation and regular servicing they have performed). Highly recommend Staton for their upfront communication about appointments (always on time, easy scheduling), high-quality services and top-notch technicians that seem to really like the company they work for and services they provide to customers. Tim was great. Thoroughly explained what he inspected, and even made a quick fix to a doorknob.

Jason came out quickly and fixed our leak for us. It was a larger job than hoped. But it seems like he left us with a far better situation for our washer hookup than we had prior to the leak. He was courteous and professional and was accommodating kind with our nosy dog.

Joe did a great job! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a timely manner. All-around great experience with Staton!
