Thanks to Joe Therres from Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing! He and his assistant are Neat Freaks and extremely talented plumbers! Not only did they identify the problem quickly, but they repaired the problem quickly and left my home as clean as they found it, in fact they may have cleaned up things that they were not responsible for! Never rushed, very thorough and careful, they did an amazing job in cleaning, repairing and replacing parts on my Gas Water Heater and saved me thousands of dollars by avoiding the replacement of an operating system that still has life in it! Staton was amazingly prompt in response and very professionally managed. Steve Schulz was clear about everything taking place as they resolved my main house heat pump issue. Following that Rodney Porter replaced a heat pump and air handler on the addition of my house - and that installation experience was flawless. Rodney focused both on doing the job right and making sure the customer was informed on everything they needed to know.
