In December, Justin Edwards installed my new HVAC unit, and I couldn’t be happier with both the system and the service. He was efficient, friendly, and took the time to walk me through everything with clear, helpful instructions.
It’s now April, and he came back to inspect the cooling system for the warmer months. Everything is still running perfectly, and he offered more great advice on how to keep it that way.

I called W.L. Staton Plumbing with a leaky washer hookup issue and they gave me a four hour window (same day). The tech, TJ, showed up an hour after I had called and assessed the issue. He outlined the work (and price) that needed to be done. All work was completed and once finished the area was spotless and fully cleaned. TJ was very professional and accommodating with the few questions that I asked. Excellent! Ok

Josh Sneed was excellent. Prompt, friendly, confident and knowledgeable. He found that the a/c was not working properly because a prior technician accident disconnected a wire to the compressor. So there was no charge at all.
