Showed up within the timeframe set. Eyondre was super courteous and efficient in his check of the system. Went through his findings with us and showed us his recommendations. There was no pressure to get any work done immediately which is always nice. Made sure we were happy with the report and asked if we had any questions. Really made it feel like the “ball was in our court the whole time” Very appreciative.

Edit: This company is amazing and really pour back to the community. Today we had the Trio Chip, Graig and Jake come in and install a new HVAC system in our home, not only did they arrive on time, but they were knowledgeable, efficient and great at their job. They were so nice and talked me through the process, they just had all around great customer service, they even went as far as to look into a pipe that was leaking and was able to fix it the same day. I also got to meet Will Staton, really nice and funny man with a great personality to back up a great company, even talked about their free ice cream truck. I would hands down recommend this company and recommend the trio. My home finally feels comfortable again, thank you to the whole Staton Crew.
Andrew was prompt and very nice. He came in and checked our HVAC unit for us and gave me a detailed explanation of the issues. Thank you Andrew. Also would recommend Staton, they promptly answer calls and were able to schedule service quickly. We were promptly updated on when they would arrive and kept in the loop of scheduling.
