Customer Support Representative

  • Must be able to quickly and efficiently answer and handle a
    volume of customer calls each day
  • Convey a positive impression of the company
    while establishing and building long-term customer relationships
  • Successfully convert customer requests (calls
    and internet) for service into booked appointments that meet or exceed the
    customer’s expectations
  • Correctly address customer needs by quickly identifying
    the need, best path to resolution, and taking action
  • Accurately collects and enters all necessary
    customer information into the service database
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates with
    all internal departments to satisfy customer needs
  • Follows up with customers to ensure completion
    of and overall satisfaction with service provided
  • Contributes to the department and company
    success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectives
  • Maintains proficiency of performance by staying
    current on all updates and process changes
  • Proactively identifies areas for process change to
    improve customer-handling procedures

Such a great experience. I just moved into a new-to-me townhome and my HVAC is like new again after a professional inspection, tune up, cleaning, and capacitor replacement. Aaron was very thorough and gave me some valuable information. I joined the monthly membership and saved a significant amount. I was so impressed that I called the same day for plumbing repairs. The very next day I decided to take care of the plumbing checklist. I was so lucky to have Brandon as my plumber. His plumbing repairs are a true work of art! Jeff from Staton was awesome! So knowledgeable when I had a leak that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He was able to come out the same day I called and come fix it two days later! The entire team from Staton was helpful when coordinating appointments with many people across several units that the leak was affecting. I would absolutely recommend them!

Mr Coateswas very helpful. He explained my options clearly. I have never had bad service from this company. During and while the HVAC complete installation, I was kept informed. After the installation the cleanup was fantastic. I had to nothing.
