Customer Support Representative

  • Must be able to quickly and efficiently answer and handle a
    volume of customer calls each day
  • Convey a positive impression of the company
    while establishing and building long-term customer relationships
  • Successfully convert customer requests (calls
    and internet) for service into booked appointments that meet or exceed the
    customer’s expectations
  • Correctly address customer needs by quickly identifying
    the need, best path to resolution, and taking action
  • Accurately collects and enters all necessary
    customer information into the service database
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates with
    all internal departments to satisfy customer needs
  • Follows up with customers to ensure completion
    of and overall satisfaction with service provided
  • Contributes to the department and company
    success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectives
  • Maintains proficiency of performance by staying
    current on all updates and process changes
  • Proactively identifies areas for process change to
    improve customer-handling procedures

  • Highly qualified candidates will have experience with Service Titan, HVAC and plumbing and dispatching

I’m very happy with the service I received. I was kept informed of what to expect and what was going through each step of the process. Joe and the young man with him were great. Couldn’t have asked for two nicer guys. At the end, I was given instructions regarding the hot water heater and to call if any issues might arise, which I am sure won’t be any problems because it was obvious they both knew what they were doing

Ja'Ron came out and helped to install my new thermostat. Wiring was showing is age but he was able to get it installed quickly and professionally, while cleaning up the treats nest of wires from previous thermostat.
