Customer Support Representative

  • Must be able to quickly and efficiently answer and handle a
    volume of customer calls each day
  • Convey a positive impression of the company
    while establishing and building long-term customer relationships
  • Successfully convert customer requests (calls
    and internet) for service into booked appointments that meet or exceed the
    customer’s expectations
  • Correctly address customer needs by quickly identifying
    the need, best path to resolution, and taking action
  • Accurately collects and enters all necessary
    customer information into the service database
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates with
    all internal departments to satisfy customer needs
  • Follows up with customers to ensure completion
    of and overall satisfaction with service provided
  • Contributes to the department and company
    success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectives
  • Maintains proficiency of performance by staying
    current on all updates and process changes
  • Proactively identifies areas for process change to
    improve customer-handling procedures

Was hearing a noise in the bathroom wall and then saw water dripping. Also, could not turn the main water valve off, so of course I wanted to get someone asap. When I called Staton they were able to send someone out immediately. Matt came and he knew exactly what was wrong. I also asked about making it easier to turn the main water off. He gave us different options. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very pleased with the work and will be calling them for any plumbing issues or needs. One of the things I am big on is the customer service received and Staton was top notch.

Staton installed a Bosch heat pump system in my house. My existing system totally failed and they were able to provide loaner heaters and were able to install the new system 2 days after signing the contract. Staton went above and beyond to provide heat for us until they were able to professionally install our new HVAC system. I highly recommend this company. Rodney Porter did an outstanding job running his team and communicating with us every step of the way.

Staton, especially my tech Steve, did a quick and efficient job getting my heating system back up and running. I was really happy they were able to come out and remedy the problem as soon as they did, particularly during these cold winter months. Steve also explained the issue to me while repairing it. Glad they're my HVAC service provider!
