Customer Support Representative

  • Must be able to quickly and efficiently answer and handle a
    volume of customer calls each day

  • Successfully convert customer requests (calls
    and internet) for service into booked appointments that meet or exceed the
    customer’s expectations

    customer information into the service database

    all internal departments to satisfy customer needs
  • Follows up with customers to ensure completion

    success by meeting and exceeding all performance objectives
  • Maintains proficiency of performance by staying
    current on all updates and process changes
  • Proactively identifies areas for process change to
    improve customer-handling procedures

He was incredibly knowledgeable about my particular HVAC system, he was kind and patient in answering my questions. Josh also addressed an issue I had been having with my two toilets. Per my request, the needed work was completed by Josh S, and I couldn't be more pleased. I have such peace of mind about the work that was done, and about Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as a whole. The customer service is impeccable. The customer service representatives are so personable and responsive to your needs. I also spoke with Adam in another department, as I had a question about my bill, also a pleasure to speak with and my question was promptly resolved. I will certainly be using Staton going forward.

This visit was because of a 'user error'... after some quick investigating on a Sunday afternoon, a pressure relief valve was found to be stuck. Technician Jason was friendly and happy that the problem solved itself! No charge, but earning future business!

I was so excited to get same day service on a Friday afternoon after discovering I had no hot water. Matt was assigned to assist me with my issue. He was so thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He gave me various options to fix the issues and considered my financial position. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. He worked late and stayed until he felt the job was to his and my expectations. Thanks Matt!!! PS. Absolutely terrific service. We recently purchased an aging cottage. JT gave us a complete evaluation and explanation of our plumbing and water system. Tony had previously come through with a snake camera and explained our full drain and septic system status. Aaron serviced our HVAC and taught us about nuances of the fancy thermostat. We got a listing of potential repairs/upgrades, very honest prioritization and listing of alternatives. We felt no pressure to do anything not absolutely needed. Strongly recommend Staton.

I had Alan and nick for an emergency line replacement. These guys were professional and very intelligent. They not only replaced the line but checked to make sure there were no other leaks in my home giving me peace of mind. They cleaned up well and managed to save my pine panel wall

Showed up within the timeframe set. Eyondre was super courteous and efficient in his check of the system. Went through his findings with us and showed us his recommendations. There was no pressure to get any work done immediately which is always nice. Made sure we were happy with the report and asked if we had any questions. Really made it feel like the “ball was in our court the whole time” Very appreciative.
