I called for a snake that broke off and was stuck in a sink drain. Between the call and this morning I discovered t
hat sewage backed up the toilet on the ground floor. Your teck was able to get the snake out.
He did an inspection of the backup in the basement. He determined that he would have to snake out the sewer line via the toilet. He was unable to get past a blocked section at about 30 feet out. He's sending a camera man to determine the location of the blockage.
We are arranging for our paperwork for the insurance. Do you have leads in the event that. Our insurance has particulars.
