We recently had a replacement shower installed by a contractor and started having issues with the hot water. There’s a fairly new tankless heater so we hoped that was not the issue, and called Stanton for support. They sent Stephen out and with his experience he was quickly able to identify the issue and gave us a cost efficient solution. I received a call the day before to confirm they had the correct address, phone number and time of arrival. I was impressed by that extra effort to ensure they had the correct information for the service call.
I was very pleased with the efforts made by the technicians to ensure everything was working properly before they left and that I knew how the new thermostat works; explained how my heat pump works in very low temps; were able to answer clearly all my questions. Entered my home using appropriate Covid protocol and booted their shoes to protect my carpet, which I appreciated. Very personable and polite as well as professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who may need the services they provide.
