Crofton Ductless Mini Splits

We have a Fujitsu mini split. For some reason a lot of HVAC companies won’t work on it. This is the third company in the last five years and I think we found the holy Grail. Our service tech TJ was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he fix it better than anyone has ever fixed it before, and when I say fix it, I mean actually got the temperature down to where it was blowing air that was 50 some degrees. The last two companies we used could never get it to blow below 68°. He explained to me everything he was doing. He suggested some inexpensive, but efficient possible fixes that none of the other companies suggested. And I have found my new HVAC company. I’m gonna join their monthly Service plan for $20 a month. I wish I would’ve called these guys sooner. Highly recommend!!!

Super service. Had to go and find the part at a supply house, and even with that, had the job done in a few hours. Will use you again.

Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a fine job. My only issue would be with the cost to purchase and install an 8 inch outside faucet. $500+ seemed to be a serious over charge, which was dictated by the company.
