Matt showed up and quickly started working on our issue. He was respectful and polite. We were very happy with his work and how quickly he responded to our home. We've had multiple technicians from Staton work in our home over the past few months—including a plumber for a refrigerator issue, an HVAC installation, and a heater replacement—and each experience has been outstanding. Every technician arrived within the time frame promised, and each one was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. One thing that really sets Staton apart is their excellent communication process. Any time we’ve needed a repair, they returned our call within 30 minutes. Shortly after, we received a message with the scheduled time window, a photo of the technician, and even a short background on who would be coming to our home. This added a great level of comfort and trust. When the technicians arrive, they get straight to work and stay focused throughout the day to make sure everything gets done properly. They're not only efficient but also personable, always maintaining a positive attitude and reassuring us that they would take care of the issue. We truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism that Staton provides, and because of that, we’ll continue to choose them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Joe Therres from Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing! He and his assistant are Neat Freaks and extremely talented plumbers! Not only did they identify the problem quickly, but they repaired the problem quickly and left my home as clean as they found it, in fact they may have cleaned up things that they were not responsible for! Never rushed, very thorough and careful, they did an amazing job in cleaning, repairing and replacing parts on my Gas Water Heater and saved me thousands of dollars by avoiding the replacement of an operating system that still has life in it!
