Shortly after, we received a message with the scheduled time window, a photo of the technician, and even a short background on who would be coming to our home. They're not only efficient but also personable, always maintaining a positive attitude and reassuring us that they would take care of the issue. Thanks to Joe Therres from Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing! He and his assistant are Neat Freaks and extremely talented plumbers! Not only did they identify the problem quickly, but they repaired the problem quickly and left my home as clean as they found it, in fact they may have cleaned up things that they were not responsible for! Never rushed, very thorough and careful, they did an amazing job in cleaning, repairing and replacing parts on my Gas Water Heater and saved me thousands of dollars by avoiding the replacement of an operating system that still has life in it!
