Joe was friendly, efficient and was knowledgeable. He did a great job of showing and explaining the work that needed to be done. Our secondary (kitchen) line needed to be jetted from years of clog and build up. In the end, he also provided clear recommendations for maintenance.

What a great pleasure it was to have two of the nicest service technician's installing Pex valves under our kitchen. Brandon came out to help fix a potential major pipe leak to our water heater, while making a thorough inspection of our exposed plumbing he uncovered a corrosion leak to our water pressure regulator (yet another possible major disaster) He explained everything and showed all the issues that lead to the pipes leaking. Not only did he make a timely repair but also went through his work to double check for leaks and pressure tested and calibrated the internal water pressure to our home. He was polite and respectful as well as informative with information and helpful hints of things to look for in the future.

Tim was timely, professional and thorough in completing an HVAC Fall inspection service. Also had Jeff from Staton who repaired leaky valves leading to the water heater, fixed a shower head fixture and installed a filter under my kitchen sink. Both times the service was A+
