Staton shines again! Tim performed the annual AC check, provided detailed photos of the air handler and explained in detail the condition of the unit. This company has consistently provided great service to my home's HVAC, reverse osmosis system & plumbing

AC went out around 10am this morning and had a tech on site within a few hours and got it back up and running. He even fixed my nagging wife! Thanks guys

Our A/C quit cooling on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of an exceptionally high and long heat wave, even by Maryland standards. I called Monday morning. They were able to send someone out & fix our system by 1:30pm the same day. Steve was personable, pleasant, and patient in explaining all of the options to me, and he worked quickly. Thank you, Steve!

My tech Andrew was great. I was not able to be at the house so I had someone else let him in. He took care as he did his assessment not to track mud and dirt into the house. After his assessment he walked me through everything and clearly explained what had to be done now to get the AC system back up and running and what could be scheduled for a future service call. This helped me balance my immediate out of pocket expenses. Andrew then kept me informed and tested the system before he left. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job getting my system back up and running efficiently.

Justin and Tito from Statin did a wonderful job installing 2 new AC units. Justin set up and explain the smart thermostat clearly and everything works great!

Our AC compressor quit on us in the middle of the night with a 90+ degree day coming. Called Staton at 7:30am on a Saturday and they had someone at our house by 10:30 for only a standard service call charge. Professional, helpful and affordable. Had us back online in no time. 5 stars all the way!

Grace, Jeff, Allen and Scott were amazing. We had an issue with our hot water heater and well pump. I can’t say enough about how quickly Staton responded, the care they took in the work they did, and their customer service. We have used other big companies in the area and they don’t compare to Staton. They have a customer for life now. Too bad they don’t do electric bc then they could handle all of the maintenance in the house.

Even though Chris wasn’t able to complete the job because we didn’t have the right parts, I was still incredibly impressed with his professionalism and attitude. Frank was the consummate professional. He diagnosed the problem and solved two water issues- a clogged double kitchen sink and a overflow pipe. Great job, left the home clean and provided a good education on future preventative care to diminish further clogs. Highly recommend Frank and WL Staton.

JT worked really hard to get our plumbing issue fixed. It was not easy but he "gotten done"

When Joe arrived I told him we were asking him to do an impossible job. I asked him to clean an outside drain that I thought had a 90° turn in route to an indoor sump pump. He investigated and found that there was a hidden trap that prevented the turn. So he was able to fix my problem. He also checked the performance of my 25-year-old sump pump and recommended replacement which we approved. I believe that his work prevented major flood damage in my basement and having to get new carpet. I signed up for the annual Staton maintenance plan and I will request Joe in the future for my service if he is available.

Chris came to our home to provide an estimate for a new toilet installation and a rebuild. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options thoroughly and answered all of our questions without rushing. We appreciated his honest advice and the care he took in assessing the job. Based on this first impression, we feel confident in moving forward and would definitely recommend him to others looking for reliable plumbing service.

I called for a snake that broke off and was stuck in a sink drain. Between the call and this morning I discovered t hat sewage backed up the toilet on the ground floor. Your teck was able to get the snake out. He did an inspection of the backup in the basement. He determined that he would have to snake out the sewer line via the toilet. He was unable to get past a blocked section at about 30 feet out. He's sending a camera man to determine the location of the blockage. We are arranging for our paperwork for the insurance. Do you have leads in the event that. Our insurance has particulars.

Steve answered our call for emergency repairs when our AC stopped working at the peak of a brutal July heat wave. He was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us good suggestions for maintaining our unit in the future. Definitely recommend.

Luke was awesome! Not only did he find the problem and deliver a reasonable estimate, he let us know it was doable to complete same day. With having our copper pipes the way they are and the amount of work needing to be done we knew it wouldn't be cheap. However, the investment would be worth it. Luke was polite, personable, professional, and inclusive. He not only explained the issue, he showed it to me and walked me through what happened.

The entire Staton team was refreshing to do business with from sales, installation and quality of work they performed. I believe in this company in fact, I called them back to evaluate, purchased and installed a water heater that was going out as well much to my surprise.

Did a great job but expensive. I needed a kitchen faucet removed and a new one that I had purchased installed. The job took just over 45 minutes and I was charged $481.00. That works out to over $500 per hour. Like I said EXPENSIVE.

Andrew was very professional and thorough. He went over everything that was being done,gave me suggestions and on his recommendation I had a surge protector installed while he was here. Awesome service and staff !

As usual Staton was on point. Robert Moyer came by to address one small issue left over from the HVAC install from a month ago - a duct disconnected from a register. He addressed the issue promptly and professionally.

Last night I had an upstairs kitchen sink that I couldn't unclog, causing standing water in a basement sink and threatening to overflow if the upstairs kitchen sink was used. This morning I booked online an appointment with Staton. As soon as their office opened, they contacted me and by 9:45 this morning, my problem had been solved! Joe Fanning is an absolute pro! He quickly diagnosed the location of the clog, explained how it would be resolved, and gave a very reasonable price before beginning work. Knowledgeable, proficient, courteous...exactly what you expect from experienced professionals. I will definitely use Staton and hopefully Joe for any future plumbing needs. An excellent company! UPDATE: I contracted again with Staton to install a frost-free water line running through our garage & outside. I was tired of dragging my hose across the backyard! And once again, Staton and Joe Fanning did not disappoint. Very fair estimate, excellent service and beautifully completed work. Needless to say, Staton and Joe are the only plumbers I will ever use. A great company!!

As far as I am concerned, our technician Andrew walks on water. The first HVAC company that was here told us that our system was running fine. They had no explanation for the huge KW consumption on our electric bill with the temps avg 65. They also ignored the difference in run time between our two zones. Andrew cane and checked out the system and on the surface things also looked fine. But Andrew listened to what we were experiencing and looked deeper. He found that our electric heat was running when the AC was on. Mother board needed replacing. We had been struggling with this problem and extremely high electric bills for more than a month. I can’t express how relieved I felt when I asked, “Are you 100% certain about this” and Andrew smiled and responded, “I am 1000% certain!”

Frank was the best plumber I’ve ever met, which is saying something because I have owned several different homes. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and nice! He identified the problem quickly, knew exactly what to do, and form the work well. I know that My house is in good hands with him.

My second experience with Staton service and another outstanding result. Their tech Ja'Ron arrived as scheduled, quickly identified the problem, and explained in advance what the cost would be. We have a Fujitsu mini split. For some reason a lot of HVAC companies won’t work on it. This is the third company in the last five years and I think we found the holy Grail. Our service tech TJ was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he fix it better than anyone has ever fixed it before, and when I say fix it, I mean actually got the temperature down to where it was blowing air that was 50 some degrees. The last two companies we used could never get it to blow below 68°. He explained to me everything he was doing. He suggested some inexpensive, but efficient possible fixes that none of the other companies suggested. And I have found my new HVAC company. I’m gonna join their monthly Service plan for $20 a month. I wish I would’ve called these guys sooner. Highly recommend!!!

We woke up this morning to no air. In a 10 minute phone call Amanda had us set up with an 8-12 tech arrival time! We received a call at 9 that our tech Andrew was on the way and he arrived in 30 mins as promised. He was super nice and within 15 mins of him being here our A/C was fixed!!! I cannot say enough about this company! From the initial phone call to our A/C being fixed was two hours total!!

The service and communication were great! They walked me through all the details and did a nice clean job.

Stephan did a great job. He installed a whole-house filter and fixed a toilet seal. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. I really appreciated his clear explanation of how the pipes and valves work, and why certain ones needed to be closed to complete the job. I've had two projects completed by him so far, and I’m very pleased with the work.

Our AC blew out at the start of a three day heat advisory warning. Staton was out and had our heating/cooling system switched out and running within 24 hours! All the staff members we spoke with were super kind and patient which really helped. We are so grateful! And for reference we called two other companies and neither were willing or able to get a new system in so quickly.

I realized this morning that my kitchen pipes were clogged. I called Staton and they came out within a couple of hours! Joe B. was excellent and very knowledgeable. He worked hard and was able to unclog my pipes. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend it!

My wife and I have used W.L. Staton for two times for separate issues and have had excellent service both times. First, we had a leak causing water damage that Stephen and Trey were able to address and fix while keeping me informed every step of the way. This was my first experience with Stanton. I was new to town and hopeful I had made a good choice for my A/C repair. They exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I called. We had a sewer pump fail on a Saturday morning. Staton was at the house reviewing by 10Am and left before 2 after having replaced it. Excellent and quick service.

They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond in giving us the best service possible. Last night I had an upstairs kitchen sink that I couldn't unclog, causing standing water in a basement sink and threatening to overflow if the upstairs kitchen sink was used. This morning I booked online an appointment with Staton. As soon as their office opened, they contacted me and by 9:45 this morning, my problem had been solved! Joe Fanning is an absolute pro! He quickly diagnosed the location of the clog, explained how it would be resolved, and gave a very reasonable price before beginning work. Knowledgeable, proficient, courteous...exactly what you expect from experienced professionals. I will definitely use Staton and hopefully Joe for any future plumbing needs. An excellent company!

Grace did an outstanding job repairing the water cartridge in my shower. It was an unusual fit and required more than normal adjustments to get it right. I’m not sure many people would have the patience to push through such a frustrating situation it required much trial and error plus two flights of stairs for the shut off valve. I am extremely grateful for her perseverance, thank you Grace! She is an asset to your team!!

Update 6/25 - Just had summer HVAC maintenance inspection performed by Alex L. and his helper William. They did a fantastic and thorough job. Being toward the end of the day, they could have easily felt rushed, but the exact opposite is true, they took their time making sure everything was done 100% right, and their passion, professionalism and knowledge showed. Not one screw left untightened or reinstalled on the equipment! They left it better or as good as they found it. Very happy with the service received and feel confident we are good to go for the summer now. Call this company. You will not be disappointed. Update 2/25 - We just finished a 4-system dual fuel HP Trane system install in Bethesda, MD with WL Staton. Let me just say this. It is very difficult to find a good HVAC company nowadays, with how many there are and so many opinions; however, your search should end here, and let me explain why. Even if you spend the time diligently researching products and interviewing contractors (good salesmen), at the end of the day it comes down to the quality of the installation when determining how well your system will function and how long it will last. Proper sizing and following through with best practices are key components to a new system's longevity and reliability. This company has apprentices that do top-notch work and could almost do full installations themselves. The lead installers are beyond professional in terms of their quality of work and attention to detail. I have seen it because I have done business with them multiple times, working with several of their employees on various jobs, and they have always come through with top-notch work and have handled any special requests with professionalism. After all, the majority of HVAC system installations are retrofits and are rather custom, especially on older homes. Installing an HVAC system is a LOT of work, and it requires a great level of skill and TIME. I have a great appreciation for this industry and the people who do things right for the benefit of their customers and the equipment. This company's employees use all the right modern tools, equipment and procedures to install your system perfectly from the start, according to manufacturer's instructions. I would like everyone to know that you will not be making a mistake by going with this company at all. Original Review: They did a remarkable job with a Trane dual fuel heat pump installation in Annapolis, MD. Very clean and professional work. System performs flawlessly. You can tell they take pride in doing great work. Derick the salesman was everything you could ask for in a sales rep - humble, good listener, not overselling, just overall a great experience from start to finish. UPDATE 10/24: They recently completed another full installation for my cousin in Potomac, MD. As a commercial HVAC/controls engineer, I know about the importance of top-notch work when it comes to installation, from longevity and reliability standpoints. These guys nail every aspect of it. They installed all equipment strictly "by the books." Very impressed by the workmanship and clear attention to detail with their installation crew and process. All of their employees were so friendly and cordial throughout the process. Not every company knows how to both commission and configure equipment once installed, but these folks do, and they do so very well. They flow nitrogen while brazing (very important, not everyone does), configure all furnace airflow/gas pressure settings to your home's needs, perform load calculations when warranted, and the list goes on. You will not be displeased with their services! The quality speaks for itself. Finding this company has been like finding a gold mine honestly. Hard to come by these days. So glad they service a wide area in MD.

What a great pleasure it was to have two of the nicest service technician's installing Pex valves under our kitchen. Very knowledgeable, well trained, enthusiastic, and above all else they did excellent high quality work. They are a credit to your company. I would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing work. And you can take that to the bank.
