Andrew did a wonderful job getting our HVAC checked out. It needed a new capacitor. And Boy, was our unit dirty! It needed a good cleaning. We also got the Air Purifier added on so we are really happy about that too. Nice work on the new condensation drain too. With the Stanton Maintenance plan, we are hoping to extend the life of our unit. Great work, Andrew!

This was my first experience with Staton and with Grace and it was great! Grace is wonderful, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the problem and what needed to be done. The process was complicated and drawn out because the water company had to be involved, but Grace was there throughout the process, keeping me updated and getting the job done. I’m very happy with the work she did and hope to see her again when I have my hot water heater replaced.

Our water heater started leaking out of nowhere possibly earlier in the day, but my husband found it around 8pm. I called multiple plumbing companies and as it was after hours, I had to wait until the next day. We had a fast leak that I babysat all night as to not flood our laundry room and cause damage. Staton called first thing in the morning around 6:30am. Tracy was amazing, provided me with details and gave me a time window. Vince was at my door by 9am. He quickly inspected the unit and determined the cause of failure and advised that we needed a new water heater. He presented several options in lieu of replacement as well. I was informed of cost, coupons, and payment options. Vince was patient while my husband and I deliberated. We elected to go with full replacement along with the service package to extend the warranty. Vince was respectful of my home and was thorough in the installation and subsequent validation of the new water heater. I appreciate this company's follow through and professionalism.

I had one team working on a sewer line repair while another tied in a rough-in for a sink, removed my old water heater to prepare for replacement, and then also helped me with a separate, sudden issue with my kitchen sink. Staton has been awesome - communicative, professional, and patient as I coordinated with other (non-plumbing) work being done.

Joe was friendly, efficient and was knowledgeable. He did a great job of showing and explaining the work that needed to be done. Our secondary (kitchen) line needed to be jetted from years of clog and build up. In the end, he also provided clear recommendations for maintenance.

What a great pleasure it was to have two of the nicest service technician's installing Pex valves under our kitchen. Very knowledgeable, well trained, enthusiastic, and above all else they did excellent high quality work. They are a credit to your company. I would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing work. Brandon came out to help fix a potential major pipe leak to our water heater, while making a thorough inspection of our exposed plumbing he uncovered a corrosion leak to our water pressure regulator (yet another possible major disaster) He explained everything and showed all the issues that lead to the pipes leaking. Not only did he make a timely repair but also went through his work to double check for leaks and pressure tested and calibrated the internal water pressure to our home. He was polite and respectful as well as informative with information and helpful hints of things to look for in the future.

The very next day I decided to take care of the plumbing checklist. I was so lucky to have Brandon as my plumber. His plumbing repairs are a true work of art! Jeff from Staton was awesome! So knowledgeable when I had a leak that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He was able to come out the same day I called and come fix it two days later! Staton called to remind us if our annual system inspection, and sent Tim Chin out the next day to ensure our HVAC system was working well. Tim did a great job, very personable, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it throughout the visit. He even suggested some preventative things we might want to consider, without being pushy about it. We will definitely ask for him the next time we need a plumber. A 5 star service call! We will be recommending W. L. Staton to all of our friends for good plumbers and excellent customer service.

The Staton team was amazing to work with on the replacement of my HVAC system. I had contact with a number of people on their team and had a great experience across the board. They came out quickly the same day when I called about a repair, but as the system was considerably old, they provided some options the same day for replacement of the system plus converting from oil furnace to heat pump. Sales rep (Mike) clearly explained the system options which was helpful as I had little/no knowledge of HVACs. Rodney, Will, and Justin did an incredible job with the install. I had questions after the job, and the Staton team was quick to respond back and answer my questions and handle requests. Just bought a new house and I started smelling a not so fresh smell, and also a dripping sound in the wall return vents. Immediately I became concerned with possible mold in the ductwork. Called Staton and they sent out Steve the next day. He was thorough and explained everything. He checked for mold, cleaned the coils and sprayed something that immediately made the air throughout the house smell fresher. He also checked the outside vents and our second system. I feel better knowing it’s been checked out. I learned a few things about our HVAC system and overall I’m very happy. Thanks Steve!!

Our A/C quit cooling on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of an exceptionally high and long heat wave, even by Maryland standards. I called Monday morning. They were able to send someone out & fix our system by 1:30pm the same day. Steve was personable, pleasant, and patient in explaining all of the options to me, and he worked quickly. Thank you, Steve!

My tech Andrew was great. I was not able to be at the house so I had someone else let him in. He took care as he did his assessment not to track mud and dirt into the house. After his assessment he walked me through everything and clearly explained what had to be done now to get the AC system back up and running and what could be scheduled for a future service call. This helped me balance my immediate out of pocket expenses. Andrew then kept me informed and tested the system before he left. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job getting my system back up and running efficiently.

Justin and Tito from Statin did a wonderful job installing 2 new AC units. Justin set up and explain the smart thermostat clearly and everything works great!

Our AC compressor quit on us in the middle of the night with a 90+ degree day coming. Called Staton at 7:30am on a Saturday and they had someone at our house by 10:30 for only a standard service call charge. Professional, helpful and affordable. Had us back online in no time. 5 stars all the way!

Grace, Jeff, Allen and Scott were amazing. We had an issue with our hot water heater and well pump. I can’t say enough about how quickly Staton responded, the care they took in the work they did, and their customer service. We have used other big companies in the area and they don’t compare to Staton. They have a customer for life now. Too bad they don’t do electric bc then they could handle all of the maintenance in the house.

Even though Chris wasn’t able to complete the job because we didn’t have the right parts, I was still incredibly impressed with his professionalism and attitude. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the situation, and clearly explained what was needed without any pressure. Chris was honest, respectful, and genuinely helpful — qualities that can be hard to find. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber! We will definitely be requesting him for future projects.

Frank was the consummate professional. He diagnosed the problem and solved two water issues- a clogged double kitchen sink and a overflow pipe. Great job, left the home clean and provided a good education on future preventative care to diminish further clogs. Highly recommend Frank and WL Staton.

JT worked really hard to get our plumbing issue fixed. It was not easy but he "gotten done"

When Joe arrived I told him we were asking him to do an impossible job. I asked him to clean an outside drain that I thought had a 90° turn in route to an indoor sump pump. He investigated and found that there was a hidden trap that prevented the turn. So he was able to fix my problem. He also checked the performance of my 25-year-old sump pump and recommended replacement which we approved. I believe that his work prevented major flood damage in my basement and having to get new carpet. I signed up for the annual Staton maintenance plan and I will request Joe in the future for my service if he is available.
