Outstanding service. Technicians were prompt; called ahead of arrival. I received a call the day before to confirm they had the correct address, phone number and time of arrival. I was impressed by that extra effort to ensure they had the correct information for the service call. I was very pleased with the efforts made by the technicians to ensure everything was working properly before they left and that I knew how the new thermostat works; explained how my heat pump works in very low temps; were able to answer clearly all my questions.
