I really thought that my plumbing repairs were going to be complicated. Not So! I’m so glad I called Staton. I called Staton again this time for my washer & dryer hook ups. I want to thank Staton Company for a very smooth transition with the purchase of a HVAC. Starting with the repair technician, Trace McCrimmon, telling me the condition of my old unit and the expired warranty, to the other option to buy a new unit without the “pressure sale.” Derick Aguayo was able to come out to the house without delay and talked me through my many options. Staton uses a Portal which lists in great detail three options to buy. The unit and parts were already available, so no delays. Staton’s front office, Lisa, worked efficiently to set up the payment and setting up the appointment to begin working—especially with the weather turning distinctly colder. Rodney Porter and his young assistant, Kurt Ho, worked all day pulling my old unit out of the attic after pulling all my Christmas boxes and tree out first. They laid down long runners to protect my floor. In the afternoon, Justin Edwards arrived to install the new thermostat and patiently assisted me to program my phone to connect with it. Even the team’s manager made a quick check on how things were progressing. Before the team left, they cleaned up the runners, swept the floors and carefully put the very heavy tree and Christmas tubs back into the attic. Rodney talked me through what all he did to insulate the pipes and install a Bosch safety floats which automatically turns it off if something is not working. He was very thorough, showing me the photos he took in the attic as he installed it. The old outside unit area was very tight and they had to lift it over a fence before taking it with them in pieces. Staton Company has also invested in a well-executed technology to announce who is coming to the house including their photo and a short piece about them personally. For someone who is very security conscious, I really appreciate the heads-up and the photo so I could recognize the technician and welcome them into my house. I take my hat off to Staton Company for a job well done and will continue to use them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Keith Turner and his assistant Alan. We had a serious leak in our home’s original pipes, which were located under the slab. The solution was to replace the pipes in 2/3 of the house (one section already had new pipes). Keith and Alan worked hard without stopping for 3 days to get the job done. They worked well together, coming up with ways to work around obstacles. They were quiet when they were there (well, except for the saws and drills!), and left everything so neat that it was hard to tell they had even been there. When they left at the end of day 3, everything worked perfectly. Despite the hassles leading up to getting the repairs (we turned off the water to prevent more damage under the slab), I must say that because of Staton’s work we are not only satisfied, we’re happy.

UPDATE: They recently completed another full installation for my cousin in Potomac, MD. As a commercial HVAC/controls engineer, I know about the importance of top-notch work when it comes to installation, from longevity and reliability standpoints. These guys nail every aspect of it. They installed all equipment strictly "by the books." Very impressed by the workmanship and clear attention to detail with their installation crew and process. All of their employees were so friendly and cordial throughout the process. Not every company knows how to both commission and configure equipment once installed, but these folks do, and they do so very well. They flow nitrogen while brazing (very important, not everyone does), configure all furnace airflow/gas pressure settings to your home's needs, perform load calculations when warranted, and the list goes on. You will not be displeased with their services! The quality speaks for itself. Finding this company has been like finding a gold mine honestly. Hard to come by these days. So glad they service a wide area in MD.

This was our first time using this company and we are very happy we did. Our basement flooded and we couldn’t figure out what the exact cause was. Our serviceman Luke discovered we have tree limbs growing into our pipes and he went above and beyond to explain what that means for us and the dos and donts with using the water. We still have people coming out tm to take picture and give us our options. Luke was great though and very personable, and seemed very educated on what he does.

Had a problem with the kitchen sink draining slow. Three years ago, another plumber worked for hours trying to correct the problem, but it returned again. I decided to give WL Staton at try. On schedule, Luke Perron showed up, diagnosed the problem as excessive grease in the main line from the kitchen to the main. He gave me three choices, each with pro's and con's, and associated pricing. I went with his recommendation to completely replace the line. Two days later, Luke and Evan showed up, and did a fantastic job, exactly as agreed upon. They both left our house in immaculate condition. I highly recommend this wonderful local business , and will use them in the future.

Joe was very professional and pleasant. He did a great job and did not try to push extra work on me. I also was very impressed with the company emailing a picture of the technician who would be doing the job.

First time using WL Staton services. What a pleasure to discover a company that provides old fashioned customer service. Called the office and actually was able to speak with a live person. I believe it was Stephanie who took my call. She was very professional and after hearing my issue and asking a few questions scheduled service for that afternoon. Followed up with a text and email confirmation. Received a call less than two hours later from Scott who gave me a better idea what time the plumber would arrive. Joe was the plumber who also called me confirming he was on the way. He showed up less than 3 hours after my initial call. Discussed the issue and he then spent a few minutes diagnosing and then explaining the repair. Repair was made in a timely manner and looks great. Very happy with the results and it was truly a great experience dealing with this company and their professional staff. Highly recommend WL Staton to anyone needing a plumber

Joe did a terrific job resolving an intermittent clog in my kitchen sink. He arrived promptly, was extremely professional,neat, clean and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and tested the system extensively upon completion.

This is our second time using Staton for sewer/water line replacement (different properties). We cannot recommend them highly enough. They do great work quickly at a fair price. They also have great communication - I was on the phone once or twice a day with the lead guy on the project, who kept me informed and explained everything to me. They did a remarkable job with a Trane dual fuel heat pump installation in Annapolis, MD. Very clean and professional work. System performs flawlessly. You can tell they take pride in doing great work.
